"We really enjoyed the quiet village and the house's amazing views of the volcano and lake! We saw beautiful birds everywhere. Loved the swings and the 3rd floor lookout! So peaceful. The only drawbacks were, one night the neighborhood dogs barked for an hour and we had a little trouble finding the house but Erika went out of her way to talk us through it and had her daughter meet us! Also, the first and second floor are only connected by outdoor steps. It was great for us because our teens...

"The Villa was wonderful. The grounds were like a botanical garden. We saw wildlife, howler monkeys, toucans and numerous birds, from the patio! It's location was perfect. The proximity to adventures and local restaurants was ideal. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We had a great time staying in this location. The view of the volcano is so nice, and the yard is beautifully landscaped. Being so close to the highway, you can sometimes hear a bit of traffic, but it wasn't too bad. Having Soda La Palma next door was great! We ate there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We stayed all over Costa Rica during our 12 day trip, and one of the highlights was the chilera served with the empanadas. The garden behind the soda is beautiful and my daughter loved Balu...

"House was perfect for 4 adults, clean and terrific view. Host helped make it an amazing 30th birthday for my daughter. They recommended Jorge as our guide for Arenal observatory and Mistico Hanging bridges. Location was great for everything we wanted to do."

"The owner was extremely nice and helpful. Place was clean and all cooking tools were provided. Property was beautiful."

"Host was amazing. We had car trouble on the way and he helped us translate with the roadside assistance gentleman and made sure we were taken care of once we did finally get to the house at midnight. Ugh Excellent communication and extremely helpful and knowledgeable!!"

O serviço, a natureza , instalações, o rio celeste em si , tudo muito exclusivo e de muito bom gosto .. só 20 quartos ! todas as noites no jantar música ao vivo , comida deliciosa , café da manhã maravilhoso ! Foram dias incríveis no Rio Celeste …. O Rio è muito lindo e gostoso ! Final da tarde tinha um passeio com um biólogo pra ver os bichos noturnos : rãs, cobras , sapos , etc … O café da manhã era com a visita dos macacos , quatis, esquilos 🐿️ e pássaros ! O bicho preguiça, no alto da árvore, avistavamos todos os dias ! Muito fofo ! Aula de yoga final da tarde ! O hotel fica na Cloud Forest , floresta nublada, quase sempre está chovendo e nublado .. as 2 trilhas até o rio celeste e a piscina aquecida são atividades legais mas o hotel é pra relaxar e contemplar . Considero o serviço e a gentileza de todos funcionários o melhor ponto do hotel! Desde a reserva o serviço foi impecável ! Inesquecível !!!!!! A Khaterine faz a melhor margarita da Costa Rica ., e os outros funcionários sempre nos receberem muito bem com um sorriso no rosto ! Natureza com serviço incrível e muito bom gosto !!!!"

"A estrutura externa do hotel é boa, as piscinas, as vistas para o lago e para vulcão são os diferenciais. O quarto que ficamos era bem simples e antigo, não tinha frigobar, os travesseiros eram velhos e desconfortáveis, o colchão também era bem desconfortável, ficamos com dores nas costas e pescoço. Outro ponto negativo foi o café da manhã, falta capricho e qualidade, tivemos que tomar café fora do hotel."
