"I took my mother out for a night at Ardo and dinner at Terasu restaurant as a treat for her 84th Birthday. We booked a room with two separate beds. It even said on the confirmation email two beds. When we booked in at reception the room only had one bed and they said they had no record of the request for 2. Even though it stated 2 on the confirmation. They sent someone up to rectify this. While at reception we booked into Terasu Japanese restaurant. When we tuned up for dinner they had no sign...

"Close to any restaurant ,but the room itself is old and some odour.its moldy and the carpet is really dirty.but the view was spectacular.theres no reception after 7pm so you gotta call those number appear outside to get the access code and to get keys inside the mailbox."

"The room was great! Clean, lovely! Could have smelt better? A little musky in the room. The walk way to the room noticeably has poo from what I guess is the possums. I saw them at night. For hygiene wise i'd recommend the hotel to give the walk ways a clean. Pool is amazing. Staff is lovely. Breakfast was good variety, but not entirely value for $39. Car park to the room is abit of a distance, could have use some help but it did not seem to have anyone to help when I checked in. So i did two...
