Living - You enter Pheasant Lodge via a covered porch in to a boot room with coat hooks and a seat to help take the weight off your feet after an active day. The living room, dining area and kitchen are perfectly sized and offer all the amenities you require for a short break or holiday in the lodge.

A comfortable corner sofa is the perfect position to enjoy the large TV, whilst underneath, the fire sets the tone for the perfect, cosy feel. The kitchen in our Woodland Lodges has all modern conveniences you may need including fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, wine cooler, dishwasher, oven and washer dryer. All kitchen utensils, crockery and glassware are provided. The family bathroom completes the downstairs with a large bath and overhead shower. Bed linen, towels, bathrobes and slippers are all provided.

Upstairs you will find a master bedroom with king-size bed and a second bedroom with twin single beds. Throughout High Oaks Grange you will find luxury Hypnos mattresses in every bedroom, the ultimate mattresses for rest and relaxation.

Entertainment - We have the whole family covered with our smart entertainment system in Pheasant Lodge. Throughout the lodge you can stay connected to our high speed WiFi, simply pop in the password and you can connect all your devices to share your holiday snaps with family and friends, watch a movie and plan your next day's adventure.

Downstairs you will find a 40' LCD Smart TV with Google Chromecast, bringing thousands of movies, live sport* and catch up TV to your fingertips. In the Master bedroom there is a wall-mounted TV for those lazy mornings you can enjoy on holiday. Our amazing twin bedrooms are a kids (and grown ups) paradise, with each bed having its very own TV with a PS4** allowing multi player games to be played simultaneously.

Outside - Outside Pheasant Lodge there is a large decked area with outdoor seating. The BBQ is perfect for some al fresco dining as well as a covered hot tub to relax in whatever the weather. Parking is available for one car at each lodge with further parking available onsite. Each lodge also has a bike rack for added security.

Dogs - We know how much fun it is to bring your dog on holiday with you, however we also understand dogs are not everyone's cup of tea so we have both dog friendly and dog free lodges available. Pheasant Lodge allows a maximum of 3 dogs.
