"Booked a handicap accessible room on line and prepaid. Checked in and room was not ADA compliant. Had a short toilet and no grab bars for assistance. Shower was a tub you had to step over and had 1 vertical grab bar, a second soap dish about forehead high was a head knocker. No grab bar to assist stepping out of tub. Also, had gnats coming from around the sink. We had no food in the room. Not sure why the gnats. Commented the above to the rude young woman at the desk and she said all the...

"While overall the stay was ok, the breakfast was subpar. Both mornings there was no milk for the cereal, some food was not even ready. Now mind you we were there to have breakfast about 40 minutes after they started but still should have been stocked. Did not even see anyone to say something to. The room was fine but i suggest you go out for breakfast."

"Nice clean hotel. Really nice staff. Room was comfortable. Fridge with freezer is really nice to refreeze our ice packs. Microwave. Coffee maker. Pool was clean not too cold. Breakfast was good. Eggs, bacon, sausage and gravy biscuits, fruit, toast, waffles, cereal."

"Everything was nice about the property, but it could use some updating. Wallpaper peeling, shower door didn't close properly, but the worst thing was the A/C. Very loud and cycled on and off all night, waking me up everytime it cycled on. Bed was comfortable, TV was nice, room was attractive & modern, and bathroom was very nice. Price was reasonable."

"The property throughout was clean, and well kept. The room itself was clean, but there were no extra linens for the pull-out in the room those had to be requested from the desk. No extra trash bags in the room. Refrigerator wasn’t the cleanest and didn’t get very cold either. Furniture in the room had lots of wear and tear, but was clean. The pool was down for maintenance and was the entire reason we chose this property. Overall, good experience."

"Front desk staff was amazing and the property as a whole is well kept. Our only complaint was the pull out couch had crushed up chips inside and a random dirty sock. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again."
