"This is a great location in the central lake area. Close enough to to more touristy areas, but more like a local neighborhood. Near to the Lenno boat which has regular service in central lake area. We had 9 adults, 3 couples and 3 singles, and more than enough room for everyone (singles had their own room) Four floors, with parking and sauna room at street level (basement) with an elevator. "6 of us stayed at Silvia's renovated 4 Bedroom home on the edge of Tremezzina at the end of April ahead of a tour of Emilia-Romagna. "Beautiful property, comes as advertised. Stunning views of the lake with central Menaggio only 7 minute drive away. There is also a walking path down to town center. Amazing communication by management - always prompt and responsive. We needed a new set of knives and pasta fork and management brought it the next day. "This is a WOW property upon arrival in a great area. Andrea, the property manager was incredibly responsive before our arrive and during. You arrive to open a large garage (had mid size SUV that easily fit) and inside is the private elevator to take you to 3 floor. Floor 0 - very clean garage.
