"Sehr ruhige Lage und angenehme Wohnung. Wir reisten als Familie (5 Erwachsene); Zentrum, Strand und Bahnhof sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, modern und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Einziger kleiner Hinweis: Im kleinen Badezimmer war zeitweise ein unangenehmer Geruch (vermutlich Abfluss). Bei geschlossener Tür war dies jedoch kein Thema. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft klar weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen."

My only problem was, being a person with mobility issues (I walk with a cane), I didn't realize that there were over 50 steps down to reach the property. "It was very clean and Roberta was very responsive . There were a lot of information in the unit about what to do in Bellagio . She was also very helpful with any questions we had. I loved a location . 20 minute walk to center so we weren't in the middle of the crowd. Also a very cute bar a minute away what one could have a late dinner and a very cute coffee shop steps away for an amazing coffee. I will definitely come to Roberta's place when I come back to Bellagio"

"Recepcionista muito simpatica. Ótima localização para quem quer passar pela fronteira e voltar sem gastar na hospedagem em Lugano. Não tinha ar condicionado, só ventilador. E as opções de cafe da manha nao eram suficiente e nao está incluído na hospedagem. Tambem nao ficamos satisfeitos com o restaurante do hotel. Mto caro e nao era tao bom, sem falar que nao havia opções do cardapio, como pizza e menu infantil. Gostamos de ter banheira no quarto. A vista tb é linda."
