No dia q cheguei, estava tendo um casamento ou algo similar e ficou uma barulheira até bem tarde, mal consegui dormir. Achei o hotel desorganizado, decadente. A localização é ótima, dá pra ir para vários pontos turísticos a pé. "

"Tive problemas no café da manhã. Somos casal + 3 filhos adolescentes, quando fiz a compra autorizei o pagamento com café da manhã, ocorre que tive que pagar o café dos meus 3 filhos, 58 e poucos dólares. Gostaria de saber se serei restituído, por quem é quando?"

"There were previous reviews that commented on it not being very clean. We brought a bunch of cleaning supplies and our own linens. We ended up not needing any of it. The rooms, furniture, and linens were spotless. The only issue is there is an area under the stairs to the lower level that is inaccessible, so thing that fall onto the stairs and then down under it cannot be retrieved. It is just a design flaw and not the fault of owners. Parking and entry to the building is secure. "

"Did not appear that we had any control over the heat … seemed to be stuck at 65 no matter what you did to the thermostat. Also a comforter would have been nice for the bed "

"We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. The room and hotel were clean, the staff was friendly, and the gym is great! The valet parking and self parking option is rare and the self parking was underground tunnel access from the hotel was nice with the colder weather and kids. The only downsides were the pool area being very warm while the pool water itself was freezing cold—staff said they would look into it—and the charging ports in our room not working for some reason....
