"The staff are all so nice and helpful! They helped me book a tour (which was so much fun, I learned a lot and had a blast) and book my bus going back to Siem Reap. It was seamless. They also helped me with my laundry even though I just gave it to them the day before I left so it was a little rushed. The restaurant staff are also so accommodating and nice. And the restaurant itself was just so airy and fresh. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Die australisch-khmer geführte Unterkunft ist zauberhaft und die Besitzer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir wohnten wunderschön direkt über dem Fluss und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. "Had a wonderful stay at this property! Loved the room in front of the pool area. Well designed, had an extremely comfortable bed, and excellent quiet AC. The room had did not have any musty smell or humidity I often find at many hotels — and smelled wonderful upon extra. I stay in hotels 10 months of the year - this room I found checked all my boxes. Service throughput my 2 days was top notch and the pickup service and drop off into town was an excellent addition. Will be my “go to” hotel...

"Clean and modern, Kampot is so small almost anywhere is convenient. My only warning is a lack of power outlets near the desk. After changing rooms and providing an extension cord this was easily solved, but initially I was told to string a cord across the first room (right across the entrance), which would have also eliminated the solo outlet for the refrigerator. Glad they worked with me"

"This property exceeded all of my expectations! The staff was the best. They were helpful at all levels. Especially the senior front desk manager and the dining manager, cook and waitress in the dining area. I had a special request and their attention to detail was the best. "The hotel clearly needs improvement- the bathroom is not a bathroom. The shower is old and impossible to manage, the door doesnt close and the TV doesnt work. When you are on vacation what you want is something that eases your experience. We left the hotel the next day and didnt ask for a refund. We booked 4 nights. Other than that the owners and the staff were very kind. "

"The staff at The Columns are extremely nice and helpful. The included breakfast has many nice options and is well-prepared. We had both a double room on the first floor and a balcony room on second floor in our party, and we much preferred the first floor. It’s more spacious, better laid out, and has high ceilings. The second floor is not great for tall people because there are so many low ceilings, and the rooms feel cramped. "
