The hotel itself is very nice and clean , the staffs are very helpful and friendly , great breakfast , comfortable rooms , excellent swimming pool , best location to enjoy sunset . The hotel locate in short walking distance to the night market and a public beach just next to the hotel with a lot of street vendors . The only thing that I don't like are those floating garbage around the hotel , especially in the afternoon .

Très bon hôtel, une magnifique vue sur la mer. Nous sommes pu être surclassés à une chambre de suite vue sur mer. Seul dommage, la plage est assez rocheuse, très peu d'arbres. Par contre, très accessible au marché de nuit.

A beautiful resort centrally located in the middle of the island. Allowed for convenient trips to the north, east and south of the island. Many shops and restaurants close by and a very short walk to the very touristy Night Markets. Also a very short walk to the fascinating local day market. The resort is very family friendly. The staff were exceptionally helpful.

Really enjoyed our stay, beautiful resort with a big pool and outdoor alfresco area, very close to a lot of food options and the airport pick up and drop off service was amazing and helped us alot. We had to check out very really before breakfast started so the hotel packed us a take away breakfast each! Only down side was we were told you had to pay 100k to use the kayaks, I was hoping this would be provided free of charge, I still throughly enjoy my stay and my husband and I will definitely be returning.

The staff did not speak English (as advertised) and messed up our orders daily. Even simple drink orders and pointing to the menu did not guarantee a correct order. The pool bar was closed and service at the pool was virtually nonexistent. This is a 3 star resort at best! It was near the market and the Junior Suite was beautiful, but I would not return.

初めてのベトナムでした。日本人にはまだあまり知られていないフーコック。日本語は全く通じないため、不安がありましたが、iPhoneで必要時はなんとか通じ、問題なく過ごせました。ホテルのスタッフはとても親切です。言葉が通じないにも関わらず、一生懸命に説明してくれて助かりました。常にスタッフさんは掃除しており清潔な環境。レストランも美味しくてスタッフが親切！会話ができたら、コミュニケーションが取れてもっと楽しめたと思いました。プールサイドでも環境はとても良く１日中のんびり過ごす事ができます。ＳＰＡもとても良かったので、毎日行けば良かったと後悔でした。楽しい時間を過ごせる事ができて感謝です。ありがとうございました。

The location was closed to the night market. Free shuttle service to and from the airport. The breakfast was very great had a variety of selections. And the seating area was large to accommodate large crowds. Staff was very helpful in arranging for taxi service or amenities. The taxi drivers will take you to the location and wait for you to come back. Rooms clean and lighting was good.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff are incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. True 5-star experience. The night market was only a 5 minute walk from the hotel and was very lively. The beach and pool were very clean with great service. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. We really didn’t want to leave. Had a fantastic sea view room we did pay a little extra for a junior suite. Only issue is that the storage space for you clothes etc could be better. We were here when it wasn’t too busy and even then getting a sunbed by the pool was difficult. A great location with easy access to the local night market.
