"Amazing location right next to a canal. The ladies who run the place don’t speak much English but we had no problem communicating using our phones. They fed us a big and delicious breakfast. "

"This is my second visit to Cattani’s Riverside Home. It’s a unique property, but it’s absolutely stunning and amazing. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Cattani and her staff are amazing. The property is stunning, and each time I have used a tuk tuk to travel around the sights of Ayutthaya, before returning to the tranquil surroundings of Cattani’s riverside home. I tried the Japanese house with riverside balcony this time and I loved it. I’ll be back, I love this place and you will too."
"Arrived hot and dirty after long ride. No water in the room. Can't buy a beer in the restaurant or even at the 7-eleven in the adjacent shopping area. Restaurant closes 7:30. If you want a drink you need to buy it at the steakhouse at the other side of the property and bring it in."
"Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr gut. Die Häuser sind großzügig geschnitten und sehr schön. Getränke (inkl. Cola und Saft) werden täglich nachgefüllt und sind umsonst. Auch gibt es einen kleinen Pool für Kinder. Und das Frühstück ist auch gut. Das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es wird sich richtig um die Gäste gekümmert: man fühlt, man ist willkommen.
Einziger Nachteil: die Lage ist sehr weit von allem entfernt... man ist isoliert und auf ein Auto angewiesen. Trotzdem...
"These are basic accommodations but they are priced as such. They were comfortable. They are well located if you are interested in the Wats of Ayutthaya. Staff was friendly. Parking available. Overall this is a great option for those who want to be budget minded and want to be in the heart of historic Ayutthaya. "
"We stayed one night at Roymen, wish we had more time to spend here. This is a beautiful property, very quiet and tranquil. The owner was so friendly, hospitable and accommodating, arranged a tuk tuk for us in no time! She tried helping me with a train ticket issue I was having. She provided us with a coffee and light snack to choose from for breakfast which was delicious. The air conditioning and water pressure was great. Would highly recommend this place. "
