Westin Kierland Villa: Modern 2BR: 03/08/20 - 03/15/20, Spring Training!

Enjoy a 2-BR Villa with all Westin Kierland Resort amenities included at a fraction of the cost to book 2 rooms at the resort!

We have been original owners at The Westin Kierland Villas since they broke ground in 2004! We have returned every March, without fail, to this incredible resort. We are delighted to offer a 2-Bedroom Lock off Villa, consisting of a larger (Premium sized 1- BR, 870 square foot Villa) attached to a smaller (Deluxe sized 1-BR, 520 square foot Villa), totaling 1,390 sq. ft. The two doors separating these Villas near the dining areas can be left open or closed and locked off from one another. All Villas were recently renovated so they're completely updated with all the modern amenities any discerning traveler would expect.

The larger 1-BR comes with a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area that comfortably seats 6, a full living area with a queen sized pull out sofa convertible, leading to outdoor balcony with seating for 4. It's a wonderful space to enjoy an early morning cup of coffee or have a glass of wine before dinner! The bedroom is spacious with a super comfortable Westin king size bed, built in drawers and 2 closets for clothing / storage luggage. The bathroom is huge and can be entered from the living room or bedroom. It has a Jacuzzi tub, a large walk in shower, a vanity with double sinks and plenty of storage space for toiletries. This larger 1BR condo also has a built in washer/dryer, a flat screen TV in the living room and bedroom, a VCR with Bose speakers and an electric fireplace. Even in March when the weather is typically in the 80's, it can get cool at night!

The smaller 1BR (Deluxe villa 520 sq. ft) has a smaller kitchen and a dining table that seats 4. The living room also has the pull out sofa convertible. The separate bedroom has the same king size bed, leading out to a smaller outdoor patio. The bathroom can be entered from both the bedroom and living room and comes with a standard sized shower/bath tub combination.

Every villa comes fully stocked with linens and towels and there is a midweek cleaning and linen change. If you need more towels, the service staff is extremely helpful. On site are 2 pools (one large family pool and a separate adult only "quieter" pool), an updated work out facility in Building 1 (complete with 4 treadmills, 3 elliptical machines, several stationary bikes, weights, rowing machine and more) and a co-ed steam room and sauna. There is a fully stocked cafe which serves breakfast and lunch and an outdoor casual restaurant with a bar. During March Madness, the staff usually wheels out a 90" flat screen TV to watch games during the day time!

Location wise, these villas are perfectly situated! Across the street is a large Safeway with an Urgent Care Clinic next door. Chase Bank is located next to the Villas, too. The Villas are also located a short 3 minute walk to the Westin Golf Club which has a terrific restaurant for lunch and dinner. Next to the golf club (a total walk of about 5-7 minutes) is the Westin Kierland Resort. Our renters will have full access to all resort amenities, including a larger pools, a fully equipped gym, a Lazy River ride, a wave machine for stationary surfing, a basketball court and 2 tennis courts which can be rented for a modest fee.

The Villas also provides free Jitney service to the Westin Kierland Commons, an upscaled series of shops and restaurants next to the Resort. And across the street is the Kierland Quarters, a continuation with every more restaurants, an Apple store. One of our favorite stores is the Nambe Shop which always has fantastic sales in March, usually with free shipping! This is arguably one of the intelligently designed resorts you could imagine!
