The room was exceptionally clean; Didn't like the location, but for the money and the proximity to the airport, the hotel was suberb. Only a few walkable resturants, but not the hotel/motel's fault. Would recommend it for an over the night stay. Has a shuttle to and from the Phoenix airport.

My son and daughter-in-law were issued a "smoking room". Since she has asthma, they were issued an outside access room. The room was adaquate but drug dealing and other illicit business was taking place in the parking lot adjacent to their room. They left without any use of the room and managed to get a room at a another hotel. It took over an hour waiting in the parking lot to get a cab. Overall, a horrifying, experience.

It's deeply concerning that they were initially given a smoking room despite their specific need for a non-smoking environment due to her asthma. Additionally, the situation with illicit activities in the parking lot is completely unacceptable and not reflective of the safe environment we strive to maintain for all our guests. Waiting for over an hour for a cab only added to the frustration they experienced. Overall was a good stay. The Area that the hotel is located is a little sketchy but not the worst. I stayed on a Friday night and surprisingly it was not noisy or too active. Room was fairly clean, there was some hair on the floor next to the toilet and room had a smell of stale cigarette smoke even tho it was a non smoking room. Refrigerator didn’t seem to work very well either. Bed was very comfortable and clean. I would stay again.

I was not told ahead of time that i was getting a smoking room. It smelled horrible and gave me a headache. I did not change because it was late and i was just frustrated. The morning desk help did not want to bother to listen to me.

I reserved a smoke-free room however, you could smell cigarette smoke and there was an ashtray sitting on a counter. I was also advised not to leave my room in the evening because of the homeless people who frequented the area around the hotel.
