Welcome to Sunswept Breeze, your perfect getaway in the heart of Tempe! This spacious 2,300 sq. ft. home offers 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and comfortably accommodates 12–16 guests, making it ideal for family gatherings or group retreats.

You’ll love the unbeatable location—just minutes from Arizona State University, downtown Tempe, the Salt River, hiking trails, golf courses, and Sloan Park, home of the Cubs Spring Training facility. With easy freeway and airport access, exploring all that the Valley has to offer is effortless.

Outdoors, relax on the large corner lot with a sparkling (non-heated) pool, south-facing covered patio, comfortable seating, dining area, and a BBQ grill—perfect for sunny Arizona cookouts. Parking is available for up to four vehicles (two in the driveway and two on the street).

Inside, the home welcomes you with bright, open living spaces. The front room features a large smart TV with cable and Netflix, while the game room is the ultimate hangout spot with a Foosball table, board games, and another smart TV. The primary bedroom and bunk room also include smart TVs for private movie nights.

The updated kitchen makes meal prep easy, complete with modern appliances and bar seating for four. Gather around the dining table with seating for six, or head out to one of the many nearby restaurants when you feel like dining out.

Spring training trip

Propety management was good and easy to communicate with. All directions and propety facilities were good. Location to stadium was perfect. Overall experience was good and had a great trip.

It's listed as a six-bedroom but to get to one of the master bedrooms you have to walk through another bedroom which is a converted carport /garage. Also it's listed as 15 person but they will charge you for every person over over 11 for each night. The pool was so dirty we couldn't use it and that's why we rented it for the kids

Great for our needs

The house was perfect for 8 adults. Plenty of communal space, great location near our event. Jamie, the House Manager was AMAZING! Responded super quick to questions and had great comminication.

Perfect for a large family

This house was extremely spacious and fit our 6 individual families. The kids had a blast playing in the pool and the board game selection was incredible! The location was in a quaint neighborhood that was quiet and we felt safe. We came on as Jaimes first guests after taking over as manager and she was incredible at communicating with me promptly! I addressed some concerns we had with the property and she promised to address them as the new property manager. Our family would definitely stay here again! It was perfect for our very large family of 10 adults and 8 children.

It's a decent place with lots of room for a lot of people to stay. It was pretty comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with cheap cooking equipment. I was disgusted by the dirty shower that had strands of black hair along the back wall and the bed that clearly had been slept in without the sheet being cleaned. The same black hairs were on the pillow. Disgusting. I don't understand what the cleaning fee was for if the place wasn't cleaned prior to my arrival. You clearly get what you pay for.

There are a few itemsthat need to be tended to for safety. the throught rugs under tables are rolled up and are tripping hazards. Also the vents are heavily covered with lint mold and need to be tended to. some broken furniture chair for main dining area a bed frame so looses it shook the bed. The house itself was large and rooming. Just in need of a very big deep clean.

Our Tempe getaway

The property is modestly furnished but has essentials. We picked this location because it was only 10-30 min from everything we wanted to do. Neighborhood might seem interesting, but we found it to be just fine. I would of appreciated a little more communication or response when texting maintaince man, Parker but overall he was helpful when we needed something. Knowing what i do now, we would stay again if we were in the area.

Great house for big a group

The house is bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. It’s got good size bedrooms for privacy and lots of big open spaces for hanging out together as a group! There were no dressers. We stayed a week and that was the only thing we missed. The first morning the coffee maker broke. We texted the manager and within a couple hours, Patrick was there with a new coffee maker! We’d stay there again for sure!

Large house with bad plumbing

Large home with six bedrooms, close to ASU Tempe campus which we needed since we were moving our daughters into their apartment. Only BIG issue was the plumbing in 2 of the 3 bathrooms was completely clogged and overflowing which made both restrooms unusable. Owner was responsive and got plumber out next day. Unfortunately they were not able to fix it came back later that evening around 9pm and left at 11p still unsuccessful. We were exhausted but had to stay up while they were working, coming in and out and of the house, walking on the roof. 8 adults had to use 1 bathroom with no door. Finally on the day before we were leaving the bathroom was fixed later in the day. Would’ve expected the owner to give us a discount for the huge inconvenience but that wasn’t the case. Would not stay here and this had to have been an issue building up since it clogged after the third day.

October stay

Nice rental in a quiet and conveniently located area of Tempe. Has really everything you’ll need for your stay. Pool doesn’t have a heater, so it’s going to be a bit chilly in Fall, Winter, and Spring. Would definitely rent again.
