CozySuites proudly brings you the finest new Westgate condo that are steps away (walkable!!) from the stadium and some of the best shopping, dining, and golf courses in greater Phoenix! This condo is perfect for football, leisure, snowbirds, spring training, and business travelers! When you are done exploring the area, come take a dip in the jacuzzi with friends and enjoy a night by the fire pit! Inside each condo you will have the comforts of home you deserve and a whole lot more!

The Space:
This CozySuite is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay.

Guest Access:
Guest has access to entire apartment and all of the building amenities.

The Neighborhood:
We are located in Glendale, right in the Westgate entertainment area. Enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in 1 place, just across the street from our building!

Getting Around:
Ideally located close to different attractions, we are just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride anywhere!

Other Things to Note:
Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.

To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests


No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.

Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.

Note that all guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.

From Welcome Mats to Parking Mishaps—Still a Fantastic Week!

We spent a week at this condo and genuinely enjoyed our stay. From the moment we walked in, it felt like a clean, COZY escape—everything was spotless, and you could tell it was cared for with pride. The check-in process was smooth and stress-free, which was a relief after a long traveling. We were able to settle in quickly and make it our own for the week.The condo had everything we needed (except a can opener), and the property itself was quiet and well maintained. It felt safe, comfortable, and just what we were hoping for. One small hiccup was the parking situation. We were assigned a specific spot, but it was mostly taken by others throughout our stay. Fortunately, the management team was responsive and genuinely tried to help, offering us alternatives when available. The only challenge was that those replacement spots were usually a bit of a walk from the condo—an extra trek in the heat with luggage or groceries wasn't ideal, but we made it work.Despite that, the overall experience was lovely. Whether it was relaxing indoors or heading out to explore the area, the condo made for a great home base. We’d happily stay here again—and just double-check the parking arrangements next time!
