Private Condo with resort style pool

Bonarden Lane is a 1035 sqft. condo in a quiet community situated next to the canal pathways. This home is fully equipped all the essentials. There is a private patio and community pool. We are located 4 miles from downtown Tempe.

Our location is amazing it's close to downtown Tempe and near major highways. It is a block away from the Tempe canal, which is great for walking, biking, and running.

We have a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, including cookware and dishware. Our kitchen includes coffee, tea, water kettle, coffee marker, and toaster. It has a large table and 3 chairs for dinning.

Bedrooms include -
A plush queen mattress in the master suite, including plenty of space to work out or do some yoga. The master suite has two closets with plenty of shelving and hanging space. The master bedroom has a 32" TV for watching all the late night shows.

A plush full mattress in the second bedroom, including a closet and dresser. Fresh sheets and plenty of pillows will be available. Each bedroom and hall closet has a mirrored doors for storage items.

We have a 36" Smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, and more apps.

The upstairs bathroom is a shower and bathtub combination with a large shower head. The downstairs bathroom is called our airplane bathroom. It is small, but cute.

The condo has a private, shaded patio for relaxing and enjoying dinner outside. It includes a table, 4 chairs, and umbrella.

Washer and dryer with all the necessities. We have a drying rack, iron, and ironing pad.
