Mesa Tiny House 55+ community

Small park model in 55+ community with great amenities. Must be 55 or older to rent. Gated and secure. Quite neighborhood, but there are activities if you feel like being social. No animals allowed due to severe owner allergies. No internet included. No in unit washer/dryer- there is a laundromat in the complex. No more than 2 people. You must register with office upon check in and pay $50 fee. There is a smart tv in living rm, and bedroom has a queen bed and tv with an antenna.
