The open and spacious floor plan offers stylish living for a family or couples. The great room is arranged to enjoy stunning views of the beautiful outdoors or favorite shows on the large screen TV. Cable TV and Wifi are complimentary.

The fully stocked kitchen opens into a dining area and the great room to ensure everyone is included in the conversation and fun. The kitchen is designed to keep the cook happy and provides generous counter space for prepping and serving healthy feasts. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite roast. The dining area has table seating for 4 and is perfect for casual or formal dining.

The laundry area and door to the garage are in the alcove adjoining the kitchen. Laundry tasks are quick and easy with the new washer and dryer hidden behind bifold doors. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.

The bedroom floor plan is split. The attractive primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, walk-in closet and doors to access the private patio at the back of the condo. The primary bath features a tub/shower combination and dual vanity sinks.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and a bath with a roomy walk-in shower. The second bathroom can be accessed from the entrance foyer and second bedroom.

~ IT'S ALL ABOUT LOCATION ~
The heated community pool and hot tub are a short walk from the unit for year round refreshing dips and soothing relaxation.

This popular waterfront resort community is within walking distance to casual and fine dining restaurants, a Fry's Food and Drug, a Harkins 25 Screen theater and a Starbucks. Superstition Springs Shopping Mall and numerous other shopping experiences are a 5 minute or less drive. Red Mountain Fitness Center, an 8 minute drive, has an exciting weight room and lots of drop-in group fitness classes as well as drop in basketball and an indoor rock climbing wall.

A short drive away is the best of Mesa: many public golf choices, the Mesa Arts Center, Usery Mountain Regional Park, Riverview and Sloan Parks, the Arizona Museum of Natural History and the Salt River for kayaking or tubing. Tempe, Old Town Scottsdale, Gilbert, Phoenix and the mountains are easy to visit on our modern highway system.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.

We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.

The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.

The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.

Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 4 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of four (4).

Daytime visitors to home may not exceed two (2) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.

Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.

To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.

All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Please disregard misinformation on Vrbo.

NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.

Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.

AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.

Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
