Welcome to our luxurious and spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located in the heart of Central Phoenix. This beautiful home is perfect for families and friends looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

As soon as you enter, you will be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room features comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV with Sling TV, perfect for watching your favorite shows or movies. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook delicious meals for your loved ones.

Step outside and you'll find your own private resort setting. Lounge by the pool, soak in the jacuzzi, or cook up some BBQ on the outdoor grill. Enjoy outdoor dining at the outdoor dining area or relax on the daybed with a good book. The palm trees and desert landscaping will transport you to a tranquil oasis.

The upstairs of the home features four bedrooms, including the master bedroom, and a loft area with a sleeper sofa. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom offer convenience and privacy for those who prefer to stay on the ground floor. There is also a queen air mattress for two additional guests to sleep.

We also offer complimentary use of Pac Man and Galaga Arcade machines, perfect for a fun family night in.

Close to everything!

The location of this property was perfect, we could be to most things within 15 mins or less and anything else was within 15-30 minutes. The video games were a big hit with the kids! There were plenty of lounge chairs, the pool was the perfect size with lots of floaties to go around. The house is very close to the freeway, but most the the time it became white noise and we hardly noticed it. Guests should be advised that there are lots of cameras on the property, however the same would be true if you were staying at a hotel, so we didnā€™t think much of it. The host, Joel, was great to work with, he communicated clearly and often, there were no surprises. The house comes with lots of rules, but theyā€™re all reasonable. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend the house and the host.

We were in town for a family wedding on Saturday. On Sunday, as we have done before and with the permission of the host, we hosted a catered family brunch poolside as family members were leaving for the airport. The weather was fantastic, and the backyard was beautiful. We created lasting memories.

Wonderful house in a great location.

We stayed in this house for a Thanksgiving family get together. Joel was an excellent host who was readily available to manage any issues. The house was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable for our family of 6 adults. The neighborhood has some great restaurants within easy walking distance and the close proximity to the freeway allowed for easy access to area activities.

To summarize the host was wonderful. I would absolutely recommend staying in one of his properties. I would also recommend staying in this particular property. The house was comfortable. It was clean. It was nice and it was accommodating. I would overall give the whole experience for a five stars only because I was not at all and happy with the home. I felt like I was Pictures in the post, misrepresent the actual size of the house. I really donā€™t mean this negatively but I pjust Wish this was something I know before I booked because as much as I love this house, I think I wouldā€™ve stayed somewhere else for my specific wants for this trip. This was a big celebration & we wanted to do a big trip this house looks like a beautiful giant castle that you almost have to use a walkie-talkie to talk through. Iā€™ve never stayed in the house like that. I was so excited. And again this house is huge and it is beautiful. Compared to the pictures itā€™s really only bigger than the average size houses that are surrounding it in the neighborhood. I assumed this would be a fancy neighborhood to hold such a fancy house, but it kind of stood out the neighborhood. The front patio is not that private because of the house directly in front of you and also the balcony faces the house in front of you with the two person limit so we couldnā€™t even enjoy out there at night. The backyard also is gorgeous, but smaller than it looks, and we paid for the pool To be heated but it was still cool never warm

We had a wonderful stay! So much fun in the pool! Was great that there was some pool toys so we didnt have to buy any. Loved the arcade games! Got 3 of the 5 high score spots on Galaga but couldnt beat the #1! Great location and some amazing restaurants really close by. Will definitely stay again next time we are in AZ.

Overall house is very nice and well stocked, probably the best stocked Vrbo Iā€™ve stayed, only thing they didnā€™t have was Kleenex and toilet paper sufficed. House is next to the freeway so if you need it quiet at night this is not the home for you. Pool heating is for the entire stay and taxed at the 25+% rate that Vrbo charges. Seems a bit extreme of cost to heat compared to other homes Iā€™ve rented. We followed all of the instructions to a T for the home/pool only to learn when we turned ā€œall offā€ at night that meant the heat of the pool too. So essentially for 2 days the kids complained about a cold pool before we figured it out. Owner was notified to update his you tube video. Might have been a nice gesture to reimburse us since we were only following the house rules, but hopefully the video will be updated for future renters. This house also has a TON of cameras outside. I get securing the property, but it is definitely more then Iā€™ve ever seen before. So if you want privacy this is not the home for you. The house has an abundance of towels, beds are comfy and again has a very well stocked kitchen with everything you need along with other home necessities that were nice to have.

Great House for Family Get-Away

We had a wonderful time. The house was better than described, 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths, we never felt crowded. We used the heated pool and jacuzzi every night. House was stocked with all the plates, cups, silverware, cooking utensils that you need. Located close to Piestewa Highway so easy to get to any part of Phoenix. Joel, the property owner, couldnā€™t have been more accommodating and was easy to get ahold of. He answered our questions within minutes. We will stay here again.

There was way to many cameras on the location. Had literally no privacy what so ever. Other than that it was a beautiful home and very clean and spacious.
