Gorgeous remodeled Old Town Condo blocks from Giants Fields & Fashion Square

This gorgeous fully remodeled condo is within walking distance of Giants Spring Training Practice Fields! You can walk, take the trolley, or grab a golf cart. You can taxi or Uber anywhere you need to go including the over 100 bars, restaurants and thousands of shops nearby. Located in a quiet complex with swimming pool, BBQ , spa and workout room as well as inside unit washer and dryer. Everything in this condo is brand new. The kitchen is fully stocked with beautiful brand new cookware as well as new dishes and glassware for your enjoyment and convenience creating a home away from home. You can cook in the condo, BBQ by the pool before taking a dip in the pool or go out to eat at the many restaurants that beautiful Scottsdale has to offer. One of the bedrooms has a master bed and the other bedroom has a queen bed. Both beds have brand new linens as well as the new plush towels for each of the two bathrooms. There are brand new toilets and both bathrooms have bathtubs and showers. There is beautiful new lighting throughout this condo. We have installed under mount kitchen lights for ease in cooking. This condo has light dimmer switchers throughout creating a lovely relaxing evening. You can watch any channel you desire on either of the brand new living room or bedroom tv’s. There are ceiling fans throughout the condo for your use as well. We look forward to having you stay here. We put a lot of thought and care into making this a home away from home for our guests. Only the view wasn't perfect

We have rented thru vrbo many times. This time was problem free and great communication with the owners. The apartment was very clean, seemed freshly redone, and well stocked. The grills were some distance away, but very nice with a bench to sit on. Very comfortable bed, great linens and comforters. We love that the windows opened and had screens. The good news, bad news was that there was covered parking and that and tennis courts were the view from the covered balcony. Definitely will be looking to rent here again.

Don was awesome to work with and the property was exactly as described. It was a short distance to all the activities we did and easy to get to. Scottsdale Condo

Very nice condo inside, clean and comfortable and well provisioned. Checked in at night and was a little difficult to find the correct building and unit. That's on the complex, not this specific unit which was excellent all around.

Great condo

As other reviews have stated, this is a very beautiful and well furnished condo. It is in a quiet complex, situated close to Old Town. We stayed here for the Phoenix Open and it suited our needs well. For the most part the condo was well stocked, with plenty of kitchen tools, glassware, etc. The condo had nice smart TVs, good A/C, decent water pressure, ceiling fans in every room, and strong Wi-Fi. The owner promptly provided check-in information a few days beforehand. We had one issue where we got locked out of the condo, and as it was during the Super Bowl the owner was not real responsive. But once we did connect, he promptly sent a locksmith to let us in. The only other small issues we had were reflected in other reviews: no check-out expectations provided and limited basic toiletries like shampoo/soap. That being said, those things are easy to correct and the condo is beautiful and very homey.

Cute Condo

We had a great stay for the month of January in this very cute, well located condo, just 5 minutes from downtown. It has a wonderful view of Camelback Mountain from the patio where we enjoyed many beautiful sunsets. Don was great and handled our few questions very quickly. I highly recommend a stay and I would love to return.

Beautiful condo

Beautiful and quiet condo. The owner was very responsive to questions. I would have liked more information regarding expectations for checkout and it lacked some staples but with a grocery store right around the corner, things were easy enough to get. Beautiful place overall!

Outstanding condo - can't wait to go back!

As other reviews have stated, this condo is exactly as the pictures show. My husband and I and my sister stayed here for almost 2 weeks. The entire condo is completely remodeled and the new furniture is absolutely gorgeous in each room. We could move into this condo the way that it is decorated! We loved the beds in each room as the mattresses were extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed as far as kitchen needs. We used the pool and found it to be very nice and close by. It was great to have a carport close by to the unit as well for our car. And we sat almost every night on the balcony overlooking the Giants training facility and looking at Camelback Mountain. This condo is in a great location, close to Old Town, Giants training facility, the green belt, golf courses, and more. And Don was a wonderful host always answering my texts or emails on any questions I had for him. We can't wait to go back to this beautiful, very comfortable condo again!

Great stay in Scottsdale!

This property is exactly as shown in the photos. It is extremely clean and comfortable. Love the decorating! There was more than enough room for my husband and I. The condo is very close to the trolley system (free) which takes you into Old Town and the Entertainment District. The condo was also very quiet - we hardly heard any noise the entire time we were there. A special bonus were the beautiful sunsets we viewed each night from the balcony. Don was extremely easy to deal with and so helpful on many things. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful!

This condo is exactly as represented in pictures. My daughter and I stayed here for a week. Newly remodeled, and decorated beautifully. I took some decorating ideas from this place to use in my own home! This is a very comfortable place, great location and close to everything. Kitchen is fully stocked, fluffy towels and very comfortable beds. They just thought of everything. Owner very responsive with any questions or needs. I didn’t get the chance to utilize the pool, but looked lovely. Close to the parks for great morning walks, and a quiet neighborhood. Assigned covered parking included, which is very handy. If you want to be close to the activities of Old Town, yet not in the middle of it, this is your place. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Don and Sheri for taking such good care of me during my stay. I will be back!
