Best VRBO in Phoenix/Scottsdale

This is the best place to stay in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. It is conveniently located, immaculate, quiet, comfortable. Most of all our interactions and the responses by Brian were the best we have ever experienced at a VRBO property since VRBO went live online. We are going to stay there every time we go to or through Phoenix and have already changed a road trip for later this year so that we make sure to be able to stay there instead of taking another route. OUTSTANDING !

Fantastic Long Weekend Trip!

We had such an unforgettable experience staying at this beautiful guest house! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The space is cozy, stylish, and spotless – a true home away from home.The pool area is absolutely gorgeous and so peaceful. We spent hours lounging, swimming, and soaking up the sun. It was the perfect place to unwind and disconnect.What made our stay even more special were the incredible hosts. They were warm, friendly, and made us feel right at home. One of the unexpected highlights? Our dog got to play with their sweet dog, and they became fast friends! It was such a joy to watch them run around together – truly heartwarming.If you’re looking for a relaxing, pet-friendly escape with thoughtful hosts and top-notch amenities, this is it. Phoenix Midtown

This property is fantastic and its owners are very welcoming and very easy to work with. Backyard and the pool are beautiful. Great central location and it is close to everything you need for your stay. Don’t miss out on this one.

Remarkable Casita

I stayed at the Casita for two weeks while my husband had back surgery and rehabilitation. The Casita was my comfort zone after long days at the hospital. It was such a joy to come home to a beautiful little place. The storybook neighborhood was a fabulous place to walk. The restaurants in the surrounding neighborhood were exceptional. The hosts went out of their way to make sure I had all the comforts of home. They even provided a shower chair for my husband. This Casita is located in one of the best areas in Phoenix because it is so close to everything you would ever need or want to do. I can’t wait to come back (under other circumstances) and stay at the Casita!!!

Amazing stay!

This Casita is amazing! This is the best property we have ever stayed at with bnb and vrbo. The property is clean, quiet and comfortable, everything worked as expected and we had zero issues for once! You will be surrounded by tons of amenities and things to do in Uptown Phoenix. The owners were more than accommodating for our needs and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we requested including a standup desk for work. I cannot recommend this place enough- book it- you won’t regret it!

Amazing Trip!!!

We had such a pleasant stay. Brian was extremely flexible and friendly with us. It’s such an amazing location had everything pretty close. The decoration is lovely very cozy and modern. Brian and Mitsti were amazing host! Would recommend to anyone and also book again when in Phoenix!

Birthday staycation

A group of girlfriends and I stayed here for the weekend of my birthday! We are all from Phoenix but none of us own a pool so we decided to stay at Brian and Mist’s and we are so glad we did. Brian and Misti were phenomenal with communicating. The uptown casita is stunning. I want to live here forever lol the pictures represented the site perfectly! Location is central to all surrounding cities and the pool was amazing. They even let us hang with their pup, Rip out by the pool. He added so much fun to the gathering. I would recommend the uptown casita to anyone!

I am obsessed with this absolutely lovely place. The owners are amazing and Misti communicated constantly making sure our stay was perfect. I could not recommend this place more highly. Wonderful Trip

We had an amazing time staying at the Uptown Casita. Everything was immaculate, and we could not have asked for better hosts. Misti and Brian went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay, and we are so grateful. We were able to use the BBQ they have there, enjoy the peaceful neighborhood, and even walk to dinner! Everything was well thought out and clean. We even brought our dog, and she loved playing with Ripp. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for everything.

Beautiful home, outstanding communication

We can’t overstate how much we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! We came to town for Arizona State University’s family weekend & the property was an easy 10-minute drive from the downtown campus, with plenty of nearby restaurant recommendations from the owners. The home was appointed with every detail & decorated beautifully, and the owners were so friendly, welcoming, & communicative. Highly recommend; we’ll definitely stay again!

Perfect!

My daughter and I spent the week at uptown Casita and absolutely loved it! It was impeccably clean, and comfortable. It was perfect for us! We visited colleges, hiked, shopped and dined. The location was perfect; everywhere we wanted to go was a short drive. We will for sure stay when we make the trip to Arizona in the future! The hosts were wonderful and were able to accommodate our early arrival too. Thank you!!

Feels like Home

Uptown Casita was simply wonderful!!

We absolutely loved everything about staying in the Uptown Casita! I have never felt more at home in a vacation rental before. The casita was simply perfect from layout to decor. Very spacious and had everything we needed. We had the pleasure of meeting the host family and they were fantastic! We attentive to our needs. Hopefully we have the pleasure of staying at one of their properties in the future!

Ideal central location

We were unfamiliar with the Windsor neighborhood before now. It is a really nice enclave that somehow avoids urban sprawl feeling that characterizes so much of the modern Phoenix core. We felt quite safe walking this area even at night. There is a good selection of restaurants an easy walk from the casita. Several of them would be worthwhile driving some distance to get to, but we could just walk up to them. Major convenience! The central location is great if you need to be in different parts of the metro area during your visit. The casita itself has two beautiful beadrooms. You could comfortably live in this casita for an extended time. It has everything you need for an extended stay. Photos sometimes exaggerate ambience of a listing. Not so here. If anything, the photos understate the quality of the accommodation. This casita is so tastefully done. You could easily pay $400+/night for a hotel suite in this area and not get anything close to the quality of this casita. There is off street parking for one car large enough to easily accommodate our full size pickup truck. The fenced yard was a great convenience as we were traveling with a dog. One point to clarify. Header & description both accurately call out 2 bedrooms. The "About this Rental" calls out a 3rd bedroom. The 3rd bed is a pullout in the living area rather than a separate bedroom. You won't regret choosing this casita. We'd seek it out for a return visit.

Adorable and immaculate casita!

Brian and Misti are fantastic hosts! My daughters and I had a wonderful stay in their brand new guest house. The decor, finishes and special touches were so appreciated. Everything was very clean and the coordination to arrival and departure was excellent. We will definitely stay again for our next trip!
