Located just 2 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Park Suites offers a prime location for any type of traveler. Our gated community includes a private entrance to the famous 11 mile Scottsdale Greenbelt, a heated pool and spa, an onsite office and maintenance team, laundry facility, and a business center! We serve fresh popcorn and coffee daily, as well as, the occasional donut day.

Use your private entrance to enter this particular home located on the first floor, and facing the Greenbelt! Furnished with a king size bed, your suite has all you need to feel right at home from the moment you walk through the front door. Each unit has a spacious living room with a dining area; walk through kitchen with full size appliances; and a bedroom with an attached bathroom, large walk in closet, and private patio (balcony)!

The fresh and clean appeal of this home is perfect. The thoughtful little touches added go a long way to make this the perfect place to call home. All rooms are stocked with most cooking utensils, a toaster and coffee maker, 2 TVs, iron and ironing board, comfy pillows, and cozy furnishings. While at Scottsdale Park Suites, enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and Cable (HBO included).

Our community features a gorgeous, large outdoor community space with a fireplace, abundant seating, bocce ball and other outdoor lawn games; 3 grilling stations, heated pool and hot tub, additional seating areas and misters for those warm Arizona days.

We are a pet friendly, smoke-free community.

Scottsdale Park Suites takes all steps to provide a clean home for your arrival. Rooms are cleaned, disinfected and sanitized between guests.

Furnishings in photo may vary slightly from actual unit. Suites are ran with a boiler/chiller system which means they either provide heat or cooling- they are not equipped to provide both at the same time. Seasonality may bring weather that fluxgates day to day. During these times we recommend taking the extra steps to keep your suite cool/warm as possible.

Once your reservation request has been completed, you will reserve a booking agreement to finalize your stay.

Location

We loved the location. The bike path right behind made a great morning walk. Everywhere we wanted to go was just a short drive. Also the courtyard was great. Has turf so you can use it for a morning workout and come back later to play one of the many games available. The accommodation were nothing fancy but had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

The property was lovely with plenty of areas to relax and a nice pool area. The property backs up to a park with a great walking trail along the canal. The only drawback for us is that it was described as being fully stocked. We did not consider it to be fully stocked based on previous properties we have rented. There were two sets of utensils and salt and pepper. However, this property seems to be used mainly for long term stays, and I assume that means the people staying there stock the unit with supplies they need. Employees were friendly and helpful!

Great spot in Scottsdale

The staff was so friendly and helpful, told us a few good spots to check out and local events that were happening while we were staying. Even able to check in early as our flight arrived earlier in the morning - game changer. Our room was so clean, great view and had great amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place

This is the second time we have stayed at this facility and both times it was great. It’s close to all the restaurants and bars in Scottsdale. Very clean and great atmosphere. We will stay there every chance we get.

Nice get away

Room was not as advertised. They are much more dated. Towels were stained up. And check out instructions to specifically not strip the bed was odd. They did have good amenities outside though. Nice propane fireplace. Out doors games. And they let you check out putters and tennis rackets.

Wonderful Stay!!

The apt was small, but very nice. The kitchen is not well stocked, but we mostly ate out. The grounds are just fabulous. And the location is great with the bike/hike path right out our door. And best is how safe & secure it is. Would definitely stay again.

When we first arrived it was very cold and we had to wear winter coats and we couldn’t sit out to enjoy the outside sitting in the sun and enjoy the piece and quiet. Starting on Monday we were awakened by the sound of Construction trucks bringing dirt in. Our entire entrance was covered with dirt as was the path into the parking area. Along with the construction work the workers were talking loudly often screaming and whistling. Obviously sitting outside and enjoying the sun and peace and quiet was impossible. It was still going on the day we left on Thursday. We were told that the project would end by the end of Thursday. When we contacted the manager and asked why we had not been informed that this was going to happen when we made the reservation.We were told that the management did not know when the project was going to start.If we had been properly informed we would never had chosen this property. The management gave us a minuscule 10% discount which in no way covered our having to put up with this terrible situation.

Scottsdale Park

Scottsdale Park Suites is old and in need of a complete renovation. The unit was small especially the bedroom and the photos posted did not match our unit exactly. Kitchen had no handles and drawers were hard to open. The AC was shut off for the winter and we were unable to use it. We could hear the upstairs people getting “busy” and walking around. The bed was comfortable and grounds were gated and secure at night. The outside gazebo area was nice and pool was clean. There is direct access to a very nice walking trail behind the complex. The final question is would we stay again and the answer is no. If you need something cheap it might be ok, but for the next visit pay a little more and stay in a nicer place.

Very nice place to stay! My husband and I came for a long weekend and this place was perfect for us! The hot tub and pool were wonderful. The community area is is relaxing and we enjoyed the outdoor grills. Nice, quiet property and everyone was friendly. Fun to meet new people!

Great location!

The locaion was excellent and the grounds were beautiful. The amenities outside were nice, although I did not use them. I needed a stocked kitchen and had to go purchase pans and storage containers to use, which was unexpected. Overall, it was a good experience.

Weekend visit

The apartment was very clean which was nice and the outdoor area was great. But the apartment has a very bad smell. The toilet doesn’t flush well and there was not much there for essentials for a weekend stay. I had to go to the front desk to get coffee pods. There were only 2 decaf pods in the kitchen. And we needed more soap for the bathroom. And if you plan on eating there there is really no kitchen items to cook with.

Great area for a short stay

Stayed in this unit for a long weekend. Easy access to Scottsdale with plenty of parking. No complaints about the room or the apartment complex--even in 100 degree weather there were shady spots to relax in.

Perfect for a girls weekend

My friend and I stayed here while we were visiting for a long weekend and it was in a great location, within a 10-15 minute walk to a few good restaurants and an easy 10 minute drive to pretty much everywhere else you’d want to go in Scottsdale.
