NEWLY FURNISHED FALL OF 2024

This spacious home offers 13 beds amongst 7 bedrooms! 5 King beds, 4 queens (including 1 sofa pull out) and 4 fulls. (additional roll away beds are available upon request) There are 6 full bathrooms and 1 half bath equipped with shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, towels and toilet paper for your convenience. This home is perfect for large groups, families, work trips, bachelor/bachelorettes, golf groups and more! Guests have access to the entire property- the main house, as well as the guest house. Ample privacy, located at the end of the street in a cul-de-sac

Enjoy time in the living areas on the cozy sectionals, and plenty additional seating. Play some card games or enjoy drinks at the high top marble bar. Cook, or hire a private chef in the fully equipped kitchen with Viking appliances. The serene backyard offers a huge pool ( can be heated upon request), hot tub, sand volleyball, pool table, ping pong table, bag toss game, giant Jenga, gas BBQ grill, two firepits and very large gazebo with a comfy sectional, outdoor smart TV, and dining area. Two of the bedrooms also have a work station, with a desk and desk chair. A pack n play and highchair are provided for the little ones!

* One night stays are strictly limited to 8 people on the property at all times. No exceptions. All other reservations of two nights or more are allowed the maximum occupancy of 16 people on the property at any given time according to policies.

**When you book the home, please note that an incidental security deposit is necessary. For non-Arizona residents, the fee is $1,500 and for Arizona residents, it's $2,500. We'll send you the request after booking. Payment must be paid no later than 6 days before reservation arrival date. Failure to pay the incidental deposit will lead to withholding the check-in code. Any applicable refunds will adhere to agreed-upon cancellation policy during booking.**

Perfect Golf Getaway House

Eight of us friends have enjoyed coming to Arizona every April for the past 24 years. 22 of those years was in the Las Vegas area, but we decided to try Scottsdale Arizona this year. This property showed so well online that I was initially skeptical if it could be this perfect. All eight of us love the house, fully accommodated and we had a blast. working with Alex and Noah from the initial booking to the arrival tour of the house were great to work with. We will definitely make this house our April getaway for the upcoming years. Not one of the friends involved want to go back to Vegas. Thank you for a gorgeous house with a beautiful pool and spa and fully loaded with all amenities needed for incredible experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this Scottsdale property! The pool was absolutely beautiful, and the hosts were kind enough to increase the heat for us (for a small additional fee) so our kids could swim comfortably. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing in the evenings, and the volleyball court doubled as the best giant sandbox ā€” our kids were in heaven.The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the home was stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect ā€” close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The hosts were super responsive and easy to work with from start to finish.We couldnā€™t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

Great House for Guys Golf Trip

We had a great time at this house. It was perfect for our 8 guy golf trip. The home had plenty of bedrooms and a lot of amenities for the group. The home is stocked with everything you'd need including the spices in the kitchen. Noah, the property manager, was great to work with. He was easy to communicate with and gave us a great tour of the home before our stay started. Can't thank you enough for a great experience.

Spacious property with excellent host

We stayed at this property for a golf trip with a group of 12 guys, and it was perfect for our needs. The house was spotless upon arrival, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The location was idealā€”just a short drive to all the courses we played, as well as restaurants and other amenities. The host provided everything we needed, and the amenities, from comfortable beds to a well-stocked kitchen, were top-notch. Highly recommend for any large group looking for a hassle-free stay in a great location!

Great house for a golf trip

We came for a boys golf trip and found this house. The house is amazing, with great bedrooms, including an outdoor pool house that has its own loving room, kitchen and 3 bedrooms. There was. Large kitchen a attached living room/dining room - which was great for everyone to hang out together. There was also an outdoor game area with hot tub, pool, pool table and ping pong. The boys had a great time and we'll be back

Beautiful oasis!

Stayed at this property for our annual girls trip. We had 8 girls and plenty of room to spread out. The backyard is huge and has plenty of amenities. Had a minor maintenance issue and the property manager had someone there within the hour to fix it. Highly recommend!

Great home for large group

This vacation rental is exactly as photos show & very well maintained. We were a family of 10 Adults ranging in age from 19 yo and up. The home was well stocked with plenty of towels etc & the kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. All beds & bedding were super comfortable according to everyone in our group. The only drawback is the home is located right next to the 101 , so the backyard is quite noisy. I am sure this wouldnā€™t bother some peopleā€¦. We only found that to be problematic when sitting outside at the fire tables & couldnā€™t hear the people across from you. Otherwise 10/10 ā˜ŗļø

CACTUS MANSION RETREAT

Perfect for a large group getaway!

The pictures and description are absolutely spot on! This property is gorgeous both inside and outside with plenty of space for our large group of 12, all adults (couples) celebrating a 40th birthday. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms and had room for more if needed. The hosts are extremely quick to respond with any questions we had but we had no issues at all during our stay. The internet worked great, there was a portable speaker with Bluetooth and the sound was perfect. Plenty to do in the backyard oasis!! The pool was wonderful, there was a pool table and a ping pong table, corn holes, and plenty of outdoor seating. Neighborhood is gorgeous and very peaceful. We will definitely come back and stay again and would highly recommend this house to anyone!!

Very Nice, Some Maintenance Issues

The property was overall nice. Outdoor area and main house were really nice. The guest house it dated though, and not up to the nicer standards of the main house. 3 double beds in one room was weird. Had maintenance issues with the pool heat (which was not refunded after I paid and it did not work for the entire stay), wifi stopped working and consequently tvs didnt work, icemaker stopped working, and the second freezer was leaking. Also the back yard was not landscaped.

Property was great for our large group. The Wi-Fi was very unreliable which caused a lot of problems since all the TV's depended on it. Overall the house was in pretty good shape.

We had a great time at Cactus Stone Villa. The house is amazing and just as described in the description. Tons of space, lots of bedrooms, beautiful interior and exterior hanging space. and all very clean. Also, tons of amenities and games to keep busy. Karissa was also a great property manager, she was very responsive and was great to work with. Would highly recommend this place

Desert Getaway

This house was absolutely beautiful. Every bed in the house was comfortable, there were plenty of towels (which is usually an issue for us)ā€¦.the kitchen has everything you would need, there are 2 huge refrigerators in the main house and 1 in the pool house. We traveled with our family for my husbands 50th birthday. Our daughter is flying for United in Phoenix so we decided to go there for our gathering. This house worked out perfectly for all of us. Plenty of bedrooms with private bathrooms for people. Super quiet neighborhood. Very clean! The pool was so fun. I just cannot say enough. Thank you to Karissa and team for a great trip.
