"Everything was great amenities wise. B|B market the first day of our stay the staff was very friendly. Today on our last day, one of the older ladies running the market/ breakfast was extremely rude & short. We had questions on the breakfast package and she couldn’t be bothered. Mike in the market was so nice & kind! "

"Everything was amazing, except for the pool area. We went there every morning after breakfast, well after it had opened, and it had not been cleaned from the night before and towels had not been restocked. Other than that, the room, the service, and the breakfast were all very good. "

"We loved everything about the jw except the pool was so overcrowded and no chairs by 9am because people save them all day. We paid a lot of money to stay here and apparently they let you buy day passes for the locals and it was just many people at the pool. So if you are coming for the pool, I would stay somewhere else."

"Canyon Pool bar and grill didn't open at the time advertised. There is not 2 restaurants on site, only the Canyon Grill, which is at the pool and has limited hours. Prices were quite high too. The room was supposed to have a main kitchen and 2nd bedroom have a small kitchen area, it didn't have any type of kitchen in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom had 2 tubes of used toothpaste on counter, fork in dishwasher and coffee spill in kitchen sink.Communication to/from property was ignored. I sent emails...

"Overall, the staff was amazing. However there was an incident regarding the pool Gabanna I was quoted $100 and when I received my bill, it was 199. They proceeded to bring over security guard and humiliate me. I agreed to pay for everything I ordered, which is reasonable, but there is no way I was going to pay for a cabana that they doubled the charge after that they asked me to leave the hotel so I did not even get to finish my cabana which I paid for. I will never recommend this hotel to...

"This was a last minute book for a couple days in Phoenix area and then up to Flagstaff. It was an incredible trip, but the Kimpton stay was the highlight. They just remodeled and put us in a villa. It was a full bedroom bathroom, dining area and tv room with seating. The outdoor patio was beautifully designed and landscaped. Our unit also had a front gate and after opening it you could take 10 steps to another gate with one of who knows how many pools. They are everywhere. Great music plays...
