A fully equipped grilling area will have you whipping up delicious barbeque masterpieces while keeping you engaged in the activities and conversation. When the night grows cooler, create warmth and ambiance via the outdoor fireplace and enjoy a cozy evening cocktail under the stars.

- This home boasts full solar to keep you extremely comfortable in the Arizona heat - you won't be wrestling with the thermostat or management company to stay cool.

After a day outside, exploring the desert or catching a game at the Giants Spring Training Stadium, take a trip to Downtown Phoenix for an evening of shopping and dining. Old Town Scottsdale is 5 minutes away with some of the best bars, art galleries, museums, and restaurants in town. The Botanical Gardens, Phoenix Zoo, Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, and Papago Park are all within easy driving distance, plus several public golf courses are nearby.

Property Care-
