"Room was fine. We got the bigger suite and had enough room. Some furniture was new,others like the sofa were old and stained. Comforter on bed had a few black stains. Mattress was very comfortable. HVAC was fine. Breakfast was fine with plenty of options though breakfast area itself can get overly crowded. Pool area is fine but we missed having a hot tub. Patio area off pool is too small. It was quiet but we heard it can get noisy. Property outside and inside common areas were well maintained....

"The staff were all very friendly. The bed is very comfortable. They did not clean our room unless I went to the front desk and asked for the trash to be taken out, had to ask for towels, toilet paper, etc. should have house keeping every day. Was an ok stay, but for the price you can find other hotels who clean rooms every day and stock. "

"Our room didn’t have Air conditioning. They gave us a portable AC that would shoot cold air in the front and hot air through the back. It wasn’t that hot in phoenix this weekend but I can’t imagine this same set up in the middle of the summer in phoenix!! We paid $1200 plus for two nights and couldn’t even get a room with real air conditioning. Overall hotel is nice. Staff is nice. Last note. Hotel has no pool. "

"This place was great! Sure there are little things that could use a little touch up but so what (don’t act like you don’t have things you could fix around your house too!) but the people and the vibe make up for a small
