"It was clean, quiet and in a good location. The kitchen met my needs. Suggestions: 1. Hang curtains over the blinds. The blinds make it private but they don't block out light at night. 2. There's need for a grab bar in the shower. 3. Get a real coffee maker. I drink organic coffee. I would never drink keurig coffee. "

"This condo was in a nice location for our trip to help our daughter move out of college for the summer. Very nice layout and all the comforts of home. Pool was close by the unit which was a plus. Beds were comfortable, great communication with owner. Would definitely stay again!"

"This was a great location for us. Close to the Acadia neighborhood where we were visitng family. Our traveling group included a senior citizen. So we appreciated amenities like the elevator access from the parking garage and the walk in shower in the master bath. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. "I have to start by saying I'm a tough marker--10's only go to the top few VRBO spots I've ever experienced. But this was a good spot for our vacation. We read some concerns about the neighbourhood, but feel this is overblown. Given that the closest neighbours are a senior citizen's centre and a vet clinic, it was not at all intimidating to us--felt comfortable walking around at all times. The condo complex is a little older than some, but the unit has been upgraded, including kitchen and...

"Checking in and communicating with the manager was easy. It was a great space and the bed was wonderful. Only slightly odd items was the barn door to the bathroom was a little long and made it hard to close well. Cleaning and maintenance could have been slightly better but overall my significant other and I enjoyed the space and location in downtown Phoenix. I would recommend to a friend :)"
