The house is 15 minutes or so drive from Phnom Penh Safari, Garden City Golf Club, Garden City Water Park, and Morodok Stadium. Fun for the whole family! There is a traditional open-air market about 10 minutes drive to the north, where guests can shop like the locals, with the locals, for an authentic Khmer experience.

Most downtown points of interest are about 15 miles (22km) of modern-paved road from the house. Royal Palace, Tonle Sap RIverfront walk and tour meeting place, Olympic Stadium, Toul Seng Museum, Aeon 1 Mall, Aeon 2 Mall, Central Market, Wat Phnom, and the U.S. Embassy are some of the locations within 15 miles of the house.

NOTE #1 (Location): This property is located in Borey Mekong City by Mekongland. This location is easily searchable, and we recommend guests look it up to get an idea if the location is right for them. Guests should expect 1 hour and 15 minutes or more driving time from KTI Techo International Airport to the house. The house is beautiful. The location is clean, safe, and quiet, but it will not fit everyone's needs. All of our guests so far have given five-star reviews and have great things to say about the house! NOTE #2 (Passports and valid travel visas required!): This property has 24-hour gate security that screens everyone wanting to enter the community to be sure that they should actually be there. This is great. This is a big factor for us buying a house here. We can enjoy no solicitors and a greatly reduced crime rate, compared to ungated communities. This level security means EVERYONE that stays at our house as guest booking on this site must provide copies of their passport data page to the hosts before check-in, and then allow gate security to inspect and photograph all passports and valid visas in order to be granted access to the community and the house. Please consider this before booking the property. There will be no refunds for anyone that is unable or unwilling to comply with the passport policy.
