"The house is beautiful, comfortable and was pristine when we checked in. Decks and screened porch are wonderful. The kids loved the 3rd floor bedroom space, and it was fabulous being so close to Popham Beach. Definitely recommend. Kitchen on 2nd floor ... so have some strong helpers to bring in groceries ;)"

This space is so lovely &, though not much separates the room from the studio/gallery space attached, the owners are quite respectful of privacy & were very helpful when we were too techno-challenged to open the door initially. The front porch is a tranquil place to sit & look out over the cove & the neighborhood was quiet enough...

"Our stay here was magical! Communication with David was a breeze from the start. Due to flight times from Florida, we arrived in the evening, but he was there to greet us with his warm smile & friendly demeanor. The cottage is ideal! You will think you stepped into a "Maine Cottages" magazine. It is well equipped, and was capable of hosting our "Lobstah Boil" with 20 guests, a live Jazz Saxophonist & a keyboard player! "Very clean, host has all that is needed for a comfortable stay. The view and morning sunrise was beautiful. The fact that it was pet friendly was awesome. Sitting on the deck watching the wildlife was so relaxing. Ease of access to Islands and main Thruways was a bonus. I was abit suprised when I pulled in and saw a motel like establishment. The pictures of the boathouse were accurate, not surrounding 4 motel like rooms. "

"The uniqueness of the cabin made it an amazing place to stay. We loved the view out the windows to the rocks and water. We climbed the rocks every day and took all the way to Reid State Park (don’t forget to bring park pass). Five Island Lobster is a must to get fresh lobster brought in by the fisherman. Met a couple from Maine that lived 2 hours away and they said it was the best lobster in Maine. It was amazing the whole 1.75 lbs lobster. Did a 3 hour drive to Acadia National Park. ...

"Highly recommend. Beautiful location, quiet & spacious floor plan. Close to shopping/groceries. There is plenty of room to move around. Was so great to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Property is very clean, well-maintained & stocked. Property Manager responds immediately if anything is needed. Home is on a cove, so it was great to be able to climb down a few rocks to explore area for Seaglass, shells, etc. Enjoyed the large deck to view ocean, lobster boats, morning coffee, afternoon...
