"This cozy home with large backyard was perfect for our equestrian weekend at Inavale Farms. With 3 bedrooms spaced a part, a full laundry room and patio it was spacious and quiet. Beds are to the firm side, with comfortable linens and A/C units. It was a very hot (100 degrees ) over our stay and house stayed cool. The heating situation was strange (wall electric heat) with no heat in two of the bedrooms aside from some plug in heaters that cannot run at the same time because they blow a fuse. "Every Staff member was welcoming and kind. Location is great. The room: shower floor slippery, floors in room sticky. Drain in sink is clogged. The smell when I first arrived in the room was awful. Not a fan of putting single women on the first floor with windows that open due to safety reasons, a guy walked infront of my window several times while I was there, it was beautiful weather and would have been nice to have the window open.
