"Hotel atende as expectativas. Quarto bem confortável!"

"O local é ótimo. Totalmente equipado e confortável "

"Hotel maravilhoso, quarto confortabilíssimo, café continental excelente e boa localização."

"Great property in a great location with attention to detail throughout the apartment. However if you are a light sleeper, the constant train passing through and subsequent noise will surely be a bother."

"Tv remote didn’t work. Requested service from the hotel staff multiple times without ever being attended to. The stove knobs were switched so there was difficulty operating it until I figured it out. Beautiful view and nicely decorated space but the service was terrible."

"Hotel bem localizado. Quartos limpos e grandes. Atendimento perfeito."

"This suite was nothing like the pictures on the website. The patio was broken to bits with broken furniture all over it. The apartment was filthy with dust and dirt everywhere. The walls were damaged and needed painting. Door handles were broken and falling off the doors. The showers were broken and the bathtubs were dirty and damaged. The tv had three boxes on the screen so you could not really watch it. This place was disgusting and I checked out the next morning. DO Not Stay Here. It is...

"Quarto minúsculo! Banheiro muitoooooo pequeno!

"Everything was dirty the shower had hair all over it and it’s Keys to get in the rooms THEY HAVE BEEN IN AND OUT OF MY ROOM I BOOKED MULTIPLE TIMES and after I text and call there is no response it smell in the basement and you have to pay 200 before you can get the code sent you NO they will not give it back they tell you they will but I have yet to get anything and no air pushes out of those air conditioners it be hot asl"

"It wasn't apparent from the photos, but this unit was partially in the basement of the building, which was great at night, we didn't hear anything coming from outside, but the kitchen and common area had no windows so it's a little dark. There is no Kitchen table or common area with a TV, couch, etc. If you're not planning on cooking for yourself, it's probably fine. Beds were comfortable, and each room had it's own bathroom with a shower. Everything seemed pretty clean. It's bare-bones, but...

"It was our first time staying here! We loved it! Felt like more of a home than a hotel and we had a ton of space in our room! Microwave with mini fridge is amazing so we could enjoy meals we had more than once! Loved the location and we had a wonderful time! Staff was quick at responding when we had questions! Thank you!"
