When reported to reception nothing was done about it, no reasonable refund was offered. Cold shower just is not acceptable. Queen bed felt like a double bed size, it was small. Only good thing was the view. Spa water was too hot. Steam room was too hot. Could not enjoy amenities "

"The property was not was what was depicted in the photos on line. It just had a strange vibe all together. Very isolated to the township of Hastings. Has an onsite restaurant that had very average reviews so we Uber ordered instead. No staff to assist with check in, just had to enter reception and grab key. We weren't sure that we had even paid for the night, turned out we hadn't - we could have just left but we aren't that type of person. Very odd hotel indeed!"
