"Hidden gem! My favorite 5 star hotel! This is one of the best hotel in the area! Super attentive staff! Breathtaking view on the mountain side rooms.
Make sure to upgrade to the VIP lounge access so you can enjoy unlimited drinks and light food until 10pm.

"Pre booked and pre paid a queen size bed in a standard room. I was expecting exactly that, not more. They tried to push me to a single bed standard room for no reason. I refused, reception said it was overbooked. Told them it wasn’t my fault, if they don’t have the same room, give me a better room, or refund me the difference if they send me to a single. "Apesar de informar antecipadamente que chegariamos depois da meia noite, a situacao se agravou devido ao atraso de 2horas do nosso VOO Kuala Lumpur > Manila. Usamos o TRANSFER (pago) do próprio hotel. Ao chegar na recepcao 3:00 AM, a decepcao. Haviam vendido nossa suite. Para consertar o problema, nos hospedaram no Hotel Marco Polo numa suite divina, valeu. Ao meio dia foram nos buscar para entao nos hospedar no hotel reservado. Nos deram uma suite excelente, um jantar no Restaurante 7 Corners...
"Room was clean and spacious. Wi-fi was fast. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location is very convenient. When we usually visit Metro Manila, we always stay in Ortigas area but haven't considered this hotel before. From now on, this hotel will be in my list. It's across Podium and a short distance to Megamall. They also offer free baggage storage if you have back to back bookings with them which I didn't know was available as I booked other hotels with this trip."

Only thing I have a beef about is the transparent glass between bedroom and shower. I know this can be covered or frosted but not a deal breaker. "
"It's amazing! Only walking distance from MRT Shaw Station. Just google map the exact street. You need to turn an extra left to see Mariveles Street.
The hostel is a good quiet place to sleep. Clean and well-maintained.
Shared bathrooms are good too. They provide toiletries like (Towels, Shampoo, Shower Gel and Conditioner)
Free breakfast in the morning. Just a simple breakfast like (Bread or you can toast it on the oven, coffee, water and Sandwich spread of your choice)

"I liked the hotel and its location. The suite is beautiful and spacious. The only thing is: There was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. I really hope this is an isolated thing. I did not complain, as after an hour the smell seemed to have stopped. I was able to smell it again when I returned late at night. I think I got used to it and that is why I thought it had stopped. Anyways, the room is nice but my stay got ruined by this."

They do offer breakfast for a fee but you need to be dressed minimum casual you cannot just go wearing slippers, shorts or jammies.
Staff are friendly, hotel maintenance crew are awesome the fridge in my room is nit working and they are able to fix the issue right away I did not have to wait.
