"Property was clean and well maintained. Directions for check-in and out were very clear and received in a timely manner. Area was nicely located for access to many outdoor activities and restaurants. Only complaint was that some of the items that were supposed to be stocked, like coffee and tissues, were not. There was a grocery store close by where we were able to pick up these items. Thanks for a great stay."

"We arrived at night to the cabin, trust the google map directions as clicked from the website. The key was in the lockbox as instructed and we were able to settle in nicely. When we woke up we were surprised to find an enormous green pasture behind the cabin with the river just behind the pasture. It was so beautiful! "The cabin was great. The one piece of advice I will offer is DO NOT FOLLOW YOUR GPS TO THE ADDRESS ON THE LISTING!!! Follow the written directions the host provides. Our GPS took us a way that was impassable and locked with a gate. The roads around the property are gravel/dirt with plenty of tire-popping potholes. Be very careful. The cabin was great except for the beds. We ended up leaving one night early because we couldn't get a full night's sleep on either the bed upstairs nor the pull-out...

"Beautiful home, lovely views, wonderful amenities and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and will be going back. Close to black water falls. The town of Parson is very close by as well. Recommend to all. "

"If you’re looking for peace & quiet, with the gorgeous Tygart River within 30 yards… this is the place for you! Host addresses minor issues quickly & efficiently & is super friendly! Grandchildren enjoyed the bunk beds & riding their scooters on road & bridge (very little traffic) … no cell phone signal but was nice to unplug & we could text with Starlink wi-fi! We truly had a marvelous time in spite of lots of rain. "

"The property was just as described. There was a lag in communication the day of, had to request the info to access the cabin. Theres 3, be sure you go into the right one. The location is perfect, the cabin is cute and has what you nees. Bring any food, drinks or games. Theres a grill and a firepit on site if you're interested. Loved having the winery at the bottom of the hill. Highly recommend this cabin if you're in the area."
