Sarah, we appreciate your open and honest feedback about your recent stay. We love being able to host you at The Study and at CO/OP & hope you come back for many future visits. During your next stay, please do not hesitate to reach out about any extra items you may need in your room. This can include a fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle & mugs, you name it! While I cannot speak for what the critters have planned, we unfortunately experience a ton of construction in the area and recently 2 earthquakes that have disrupted their home. Please understand that this is NOT the norm for CO/OP or The Study, and we are doing everything we can to mitigate the issue. Hoping to have you return for a better stay next time!

While I understand that the date change was beyond your control, our cancellation policy requires a 24-hour notice prior to the arrival date.After reviewing your stay history, I've noted your previous visits to our establishment. In consideration of your loyalty, I am willing to refund 50% of the cancellation fee.
