★The second floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms which are newly remodeled. The master bedroom has its own full bath with shower.

★The third floor attic is a unique gallery with original paintings done by the owner. It is a very quiet and cozy room. The attic is an art studio which also serves as a den.
