Hotel muito bom mas sem nenhum funcionário para fazer atendimento. Isso causa alguns problemas que só são resolvidos (em parte) pelo chat. Eu reservei um quarto com duas camas mas me deram um com cama de casal e não consegui fazer a mudança para o que se fato contratei.

No cleaning service, but with good facilities and

I liked the location, the bed, and the shower. I didn’t like that there’s no reception. If you order something to be delivered to the hotel, you’ll have to wait in the lobby for the delivery. And I especially didn’t like the cleaning service. During the 4 nights of my stay, there were no changes to the bed linens, no room cleaning, and the trash wasn’t collected.

Nice stay

It was good overall. It had some music reverb that you could literally feel late at night, and some clueless people on the room next door playing loud music around midnight one day (security came and they stopped), but that didn't bothered us that much. No complaints about anything else. Good location, 15 min walk to Independence Park, pizza place on the building. Would stay again.

I had a reservation for 3 nights Friday through Sunday. Received a notice on Saturday at 1:00 that my reservation was canceled and I needed to clear my room. An issue between Sonder and Marriott. Ruined my plans for Saturday due to trying to find another hotel to stay. I deserve to get my money back for the Sunday night.

They went out of business. No one told us. Had to find a place in the last minute. We late to our show and had to pay more money on the hotel and parking for the show. Our original hotel was walking distance to the show. Also did not get any help from customers service. This was an awful time. Definitely ruined the night I have planned.

Dangerous unpredictable person under the influence yelling and crying in the hallways for hours with no one coming to help. Sheets were too small and came up on the edges, faucets poorly installed, tv volume didn’t work.

My only comment would be that while pets are not permitted on property in fact who should stay in those rooms are dogs and cats

They canceled my room the day before i had to leave due to "occupancy issuse"..... maybe stay somewhere where they will actually allow you to stay in the room you booked 3 months in advance

Being able to get this room was great. It's super clean and the shower is great. Can feel the privacy, having to put in the code. I now have the app so I'll decibel be using this more often.

It was terrible for me, I was not able to sleep whole night, the room #316 has connection to the main door, where any one goes in/out the door sounds will be echo’s to my room because it right above the main door, I have sent the same to the Hotel team as well on it. Now I’m sleeping in the station because I didn’t sleep whole night because of the noise comes and goes suddenly without my knowledge. If it works please ask for the refund for the room charges, because I was awake whole night on it. Only sorry will not work nor they shifted me to other room, no response from them on it, I was awake and texting the staff people till morning 3:30 am, they told we will be back soon. Till now no manager has connected with has they mentioned a person will contact. Plz pay my Room tarring and extra and I was like a watch guard from the hotel to see who is entertaining and going. I have sent a video as well to the specific team on Sonder. Thanks for asking the feedback.

Hotel is good but, there is No staff, Check-in on line on the phone (inconvenient and long) No vending machines (with no desk and no market they are a must) Advertised Rooftop is a bar/restaurant run by other people and only available when the bar is closed, and set up as a bar not an hotel rooftop.
