Pontos positivos: Limpeza
Pros: To start with Ms Carmen, the front desk staff was very helpful and kind. We booked 2 Queen studio rooms. She tried her best to give us the rooms close to each other. We requested late checkout which was accepted with no extra cost and she did make a note to add the new check out time in our reservation Rooms were spacious with all the amenities. Ample of parking facility. Location is a plus point with walmart/ mall closeby. You need not to go far to buy something especially in chilly winters. Cons: The breakfast, there were no vegetarian options at all, not everyone is non vegetarian. The breakfast area was small. The beds in queen studio were not queen size, the matress was smaller in size than the bed frame.In the shower area the water was splling out and I was about to fall. We had to put towels on the floor The shower door was half open that made water flowing out of the shower area. The shower drain in one of the room was clogged Luckily we had another room we took shower in the other room. We did notify the front desk staff about the drainage problem. Overall our stay was Ok A suggestion the bathroom should have more of extra towels and other supplies.
