"Good but overpriced. While rated a 5 star something is lacking. The food is mediocre at best and they seem to be trying to appeal to “foodies” rather than relying on tried and true favorites. I am surprised this hotel made the Auberge collection. "

The unit I got smelled of cigarette smoke which was unpleasant, I notified the host immediately just to inform them so I wouldn’t be charged for smoking in the unit, and they assured me I would not be. There was a huge dumpster right outside the unit, very loud when they came to empty it, woke me from my sleep. "

"Hotel was dingy. The lobby is extremely small and still had a Christmas center piece on the table. The hotel is not staffed 24/7. I had to check out early for a flight and the gate for the desk was down. I had to get a blanket from the desk before bed and had a difficult time finding the correct door to the lobby (there was no signage for that door or the elevator). No tissues, cups, or coffee maker in the room. Horrible hotel."
