"Communication was lacking. Sent messages that were never answered. If my wife wasn’t Vietnamese I’m not sure we would have figured anything out at all. Kept plastic on the mattresses. Lack of towels. Just did not feel visitor friendly or inviting. Far walk from beach, no view. When I booked it said it came with tickets to NovaWorld/circus land/water park but it didn’t. House and neighborhood was nice. "

"My superior sapa room was lovely, clean, and well appointed. Very comfortable bed, great shower and the decor all very tropical. Staff were excellent- helpful, attentive, friendly and spoke English. Restaurant had a full menu with both western and Vietnamese options to suit everyone. Breakfast is included and again has lots of options. The resort is beautiful and kept impeccably clean. The ocean did have a bit of litter in it but that went away once the winds picked up. Really enjoyed my stay...

"The swimming pool was filthy, with heavy sediment and a lot of algae buildup. The pool water was dirty, and the decayed mats stuck all over my child's body. As a result, my child suffered severe dermatitis and skin irritation right after swimming, requiring an immediate hospital visit upon our return to Ho Chi Minh City. The resort failed to disclose that the beach is unusable; there is only a seawall and no actual beach to swim in. The breakfast restaurant was overcrowded with a severe shortage...
