The Villa-Nisa-1895 country house is a lovingly renovated historic country house dating from 1895. The house combines the unique charm of the Gründerzeit era with modern living comfort and a spacious private garden.

With a property of approx. 2,000 m², a sprawling garden, and a historic barn, our country house offers plenty of space, tranquility, and privacy for families, groups of friends, and special occasions.

* Accommodates up to 10 adults + a baby in the main house
* Seasonal extension from May through September:
additional sleeping space in the historic barn with a cozy double tatami sleeping area (subject to availability)
* This allows for a total of up to 12 guests

* The house rules are an integral part of every stay.
* Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m.
* Gathering together, playing games, or listening to quiet music inside the house is still permitted.
* However, after 10:00 PM, we ask that you significantly lower the volume and use outdoor areas quietly.
* Events with additional external guests are only permitted by prior arrangement.
