"I highly recommend staying in a different hotel this place was absolutely terrible we got inside our room and the toilet wouldn't work my husband worked on it for half an hour and got it to finally fill with water. all of the pumps soaked containers in the shower and by the sink were completely empty. and when I went to the desk to ask about it the person at the desk said aw I told him to fix that toilet yesterday and you should never be out of everything somebody isn't filling them. then we...

"O hotel está muito mal cuidado. O quarto estava com lençol sujo, o carpet estava sujo e o ar condicionado era barulhento. Solicitamos a limpeza do quarto, disseram que estavam com muitas limpezas para fazer e só limparam o quarto 3 dias após reclamamos muito. Acionamos a hotels.com e também não tivemos retorno algum. "

"Really out dated the shower was spilling water on to the floor the toilet took for Everet to fill up the tv was so old seems like when flat screen first came out"

"Staff"

"We stayed for 3 nights. Our room was not checked for clean towels, coffee, toiletries, etc during our stay. Breakfast was very minimal and was not replenished. We went to the room about 7am. Bagels and muffins were gone, there were 3 mini muffins, some cold cereal, and a couple bananas. It was difficult to talk to staff as I saw very little of them. We won't stay there again."

"Every aspect was great except the pool was dirty and pool area not well kept. My granddaughter swam, but,very cloudy and visible dirt around top edge. Staff was wonderful and breakfast great."

"The property is older, the room smelled like piss and the first night the sheets needed to be changed right away due to pubic hairs and specks of blood on them. The staff were nice though."

"67 years old and was placed on second floor all the way to the end. Was to far to walk back and forth to elevator for pool or breakfast. No near by vending machines or ice Bed cover was stained. No shower wash very very small bottles of shampoo and conditioner. One wash cloth. Window blinds were ripped. Did not enjoy my stay"

"We highly recommend! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The inn is very beautiful-a historical treasure. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The four poster bed was so comfortable! Breakfast was delicious. We loved it!"

"Weird guys by pool dont go to pool by your self with kids ."

"Gary was very nice and helpful! I recommend contacting him for shuttle to and from the airport though since Google maps doesn't know how to find the house yet. I recommend coming here if you plan to stay for around a week since the sights are so pretty. My only critique is that I wish the bathtub was prepped for use but he wasn't expecting me to want to use it since we've entered the warmer season."

"We recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Lansing West and had mixed feelings about the experience. At first glance, the hotel and room appeared clean and well maintained. The common areas were presentable, and the room initially gave a positive impression. Unfortunately, that impression changed when I went to take a shower. I found a used bar of soap left behind on a shower ledge that clearly had not been wiped down between guests. Even more concerning, the shower floor was extremely slippery....

"It was clean to our expectation. A little disappointed there was no bathing soap. Breakfast was to our liking. Not much to complaint about. All we wanted was organized room and immaculate bed"

"Check in took forever then we were assigned a room someone was already in .We had to go back down get another room after driving and being at the ball diamonds all day. Kids and adults were running up and down the halls yelling and slamming doors till 1:15am didn't get no sleep horrible experience."

"Our floors in both rooms were wet and deteriorating. When we stepped in to the bathroom, water poured out from the bottom of tub. There seemed that people “lived” here and our rooms seemed like smoke and weed."

"The place was absolutely disgusting! From entry way, to the hallways, and our room. The entry way and hallways smelled disgusting. I don’t think they’ve seen a vacuum in the last month nor a carpet cleaner ever! The room was so outdated, that it reminded me of a room from the 90’s. The carpet had never been cleaned, with a vacuum or carpet cleaner. It was stained and sticky. We actually bought cheap flip flops so we could walk in the room without our shoes.
