"Our stay at the house of prince was amazing! The villa is stunning! The check in process was really smooth and Ioannis was communicative and so helpful with anything we needed. Litsa, the housekeeper, was the absolute sweetest. She took such good care of the villa and was so helpful. Absolutely recommend to any families or groups!"

"What a beautiful villa! We were a family of 7 adults, 3 teenagers and a 19 month old toddler, we all loved our stay it was so relaxing and fantastic being so close to the beach, BBQ’s and wonderful to have an authentic Greek meal cooked for us two nights from a recommendation from Maissa. "Perfekter Aufenthalt: Empfangen vom deutsch sprechenden Vermieter, Unterkunft besser als beschrieben (Überdachung über dem Sitzplatz auf der Terrasse inzwischen vorhanden). Vermieter gab uns Tipps zum Essen gehen, einkaufen und für Ausflüge. Handtuch- und Wäschewechsel nach unseren Bedürfnissen erfolgte perfekt. Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar, reagierte auf alle Sonderwünsche sofort. Kurzum: Perfekt und absolut empfehlenswert."

"Die Kommunikation war einfach. Die Anreise bei guter Planung entspannt (vom Flughafen Athen nach Agina Marina und dann mit der Fähre nach Nea Stira). Das Haus macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Es ist genug Platz für Gruppen/Familien. Gut klimatisiert. Super ausgestattete Küche und genug Bäder. Ein toller großer Garten mit Palmen und Olivenbäumen vermittelt mediteranes Flair. Der Strand liegt direkt hinter dem Haus (privat) und hat sogar Beschattung (Pluspunkt). Das Meer ist super sauber und geht...

"We enjoyed our stay so much. The area is quite and the house directly on a mountain with the best view ever. The house looks even better than it’s shown on the fotos. Our teenages had enough space for their own. We spend most of our evenings on the terrace. The nearby beaches were beautiful and quite often nearly empty. The weekends are much more crowded. We also enjoyed the days at the beach bars. If you wanna have the holiday as quick as possible, this is the right place. Our host Avgli was...

"The property has spectacular views. The host is accommodating and knowledgeable. 2 great restaurants down the hill and also great beaches. The windows have automated black out functions in case you want to sleep in. Very clean and well maintained. "

John designed the property to be reminiscent of an historical Byzantine monument, including a magnificent stone tower, with superb attention to detail, especially in the dramatic lower level kitchen and dining area, where the vaulted ceiling soars to a great height. "Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und komplett ausgestattet, mit allem was man für den Urlaub braucht. Zudem in einer wunderschönen Lage, nur wenige Fußminuten bergab vom sauberen, ruhigen Strand entfernt. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt auch Tipps für die Umgebung. Essen gehen kann man bei Bedarf vor Ort oder in Agio Apostoloi. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und freuen uns, wenn wir eines Tages wieder kommen können!"

"We stayed at the villa for almost a week with our family and had a great time. It is very well equipped and clean. The pool is amazing, and the view is gorgeous! The villa inside is simple but offers a lot of space to hang out together. It is a bit far from anything (a minimum 20-minute ride everywhere), so I think it is recommended, especially if you plan to stay inside and not leave more than once a day. For us it was great.
