"Everything is just as advertised. Convenient to several trails, though not really trails suitable for kids/fourwheelers. If you have a UTV or Jeep, you won’t have any problem entering on 26/27 super close by. Bathroom is very big, and the endless hot water at the end of a long day of rising was fantastic. "

"We have been coming to small mountain towns around atv trails in Tenn. for a decade yearly as a guys trip. But I have yet to fall in love with any town the way I did with Petros. The history with BMSP, access to trails, the house, seriously the house. So much room, very nice updates, lots of room to hang, sleep, cook, eat, park, and ride. The BBQ at the wardens table was delicious, we didn’t get to try the new pizza place but it’s coming and we loved the tour of the prison. We were opening...

"First, I chose it because it has a fence for our dog. Then I chose it because of how good the pictures look for the inside. But they don’t do it justice. The inside is immaculate and completely comfortable. I slept wonderfully on a very comfortable bed. It had ample space in good flow, very cozy. The master en suite had heated tile floor and a large spa like shower. It’s in the country so the yard is country. I gave the cushions a dusting, and we sat outside and enjoyed the fireflies."

The location is perfect (center of town). It is within walking distance of most restaurants and places you will want to explore. "Perfect getaway with family and friends. We stayed from Sunday to Sunday. The host was on point with everything. We met slithering Sally she entertained us for two days. She watched my movemens but just relaxed and didn't do a thing. We stayed out in the sun porch most of the time. So, we can be close to our fur baby. "

"The bed was in good condition, the towels were new and clean, and the breakfast had a healthy option with fruit and proteins such as scrambled eggs. The only problem was the bathtub with a reduced drain. The service at breakfast with Mrs. Bev was fantastic, as was the service at the front desk with Mrs. Rosie (Sneha)."
