"The stay was excellent. The property is well maintained and thoughtfully decorated. We stayed in the family room, which was very spacious. The hotel is very clean and the service is friendly and efficient. The area around the hotel is quite disorganized. It is a 5 minute walk from the city center."

"I booked almost a month ago and when I got there the room had no air conditioning because they were working on it. They didn’t bother calling or texting to let me know, after a whole day of hiking, it was late evening when I was checking in. No other hotels were available, in the area since it was a small town. They had the window open for ventilation and the room was full of bugs and mosquitoes. The walls are paper thin and you can hear even the hanger being placed in the room next door."

"Hotel a poucos passos do bazar, muitos restaurantes, barres, lojinhas de souvenir . Também fácil de ir a pé para o castelo e museus .
Difícil foi chegar lá porque o Google maps não ajudou. Foi aí que a recepcionista do hotel veio ao nosso encontro e nos guiou. Uma imensa gentileza.
Tudo muito caprichado , cada lugar do hotel bem charmoso . "

"In terms of cleanliness, the place was spotless. The location was good, close to the main atrracions. The pillows are good also, but very uncomfortable.
The hotel should inform the guests preciously about the car park (in case of they need it), because it was a nightmare pass in the tiny and climbed streets of Gjirokaster."

"It is a great place! Wholesome personnel and great beakfast with a good selection of cold and hot food and beverages. Good location and quiet area. I could give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the room with a window facing the reception ceiling and the hanging lights that were always on my way to hit them (great work interior designers)."
