The fully equipped kitchen adjoins the dining area, accommodating six adults and two children. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms are located on this level, while the top floor houses an impressive master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom is individually styled, and the villa is equipped with air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort.

Centrally located in Mallorca, between the charming villages of Petra and Ariany, the villa offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside and the village of Ariany. It’s an excellent base for trips to the north, east, or west coasts, as well as destinations like Manacor, Alcúdia Bay, and beaches such as Son Bauló and Can Picafort.

Electricity usage is included in the price, provided it remains within reasonable limits. Excess consumption may incur an additional charge, payable on-site in cash.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate

your arrival time (flight/boat number if applicable) and arrange key collection.

- Once you have arrived at your destination, please contact us by telephone and go directly

to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.

- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place of key

collection.

- Arrival outside opening hours:

a) The keys will be left in a safety deposit box. The remaining amount, if any, must be paid

the following day to the reception agency;

b) In case there is no safe deposit box, please arrange an out-of-hours arrival with the

agency. The late arrival penalty must be paid in cash on arrival.

*ATTENTION!

Since July 2016, the Government has introduced a tourist tax (ecotassa).
