Located in the charming village of Petra, “San Francisco” is an elegant and cozy house with capacity for 6 people. It has 3 double bedrooms, 3 fully equipped bathrooms, a private pool with terrace and outdoor shower, as well as air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout the property, ensuring maximum comfort at any time of the year.

The property is distributed on two floors:



First floor:

In this area you will find a spacious and cozy living room with pellet stove, TV and sofa, ideal for relaxing. The kitchen, equipped with high-end appliances such as dishwasher, microwave and coffee makers, also has a large table for 6 people, perfect for sharing unforgettable moments with family and friends. Next to the pool, in a separate annex, is located a bedroom with private bathroom, offering an extra space of privacy.



Upper floor:

Here you will find two double bedrooms, both with 2 m x 90 cm beds, closet and full bathroom. Spaces designed to guarantee a pleasant rest.

Exterior and surroundings

At the back of the house, you can enjoy a private terrace with a pool of 4 m x 2 m, ideal for cooling off on hot days and disconnect in total tranquility.



In addition, the house is located a few meters from the town square, where you will find a great gastronomic offer. Among the most outstanding restaurants is Can Oms, specializing in grilled meats and grilled fish, with live music on weekends. Also, less than 200 meters away, the famous “Celler de Petra” offers traditional dishes such as arroz brut, suckling pig and fried Mallorcan fish.



If you are looking for sun and beach, in less than 15 minutes by car you will reach Son Serra de Marina, while in 20 minutes you can enjoy the spectacular beaches of Muro.
