The outdoor area is beautifully landscaped with a covered terrace by the pool and a shaded terrace to the rear. The pool is decorated with blue mosaic tiles and the stepped entrance invites you to relax in the unique Mediterranean light. A brick barbecue invites you to go on culinary discovery tours with local market ingredients. There is a shaded car park near the house.



Inside, the villa impresses with its minimalist design, which emphasises the feel-good atmosphere. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with terrace access, two cosy sofas and a stylish fireplace for cooler evenings. Adjacent to the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen, which can comfortably seat six adults and two children. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms on this level, with a fourth impressive bedroom and en-suite bathroom on the upper floor. Each bedroom is individually decorated and the villa is equipped with air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort.



The modern villa "Baix des Pujol is located in the centre of the island between the two rural towns of Petra and Ariany and offers magnificent views of the surrounding countryside and towards Ariany. It is an excellent base for travelling to the north, east or west coast as well as to Manacor, the bay of Alcúdia and numerous beaches such as San Baulo and Can Picafort.



The consumption of electricity in this accommodation is included in the price, subject to reasonable consumption. In the rare event of an overrun, you will be charged in cash on site.
