As soon as you enter the house, you'll be captivated by the sea view! A corridor leads off to the right to a spacious separate WC, then to a spacious master suite with tropical charm. This suite has a pretty shower room with Italian shower, a 160x200cm bed (Tempur Luxe bedding), a large wardrobe and access to a patio of exotic plants, ideal for an intimate break, with the added bonus of an outdoor shower.

The tour continues towards the laundry room on the left, then a spacious living area comprising a modern, functional, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and an elegant lounge. These large, open spaces bathed in natural light have been specially designed for sharing great moments with family and friends.

On the superb veranda, there's a cosy area with a sofa where you can enjoy an aperitif in the shade. Nearby, a pretty dining table awaits you, ideal for starting your day with a good breakfast or enjoying delicious grilled meats cooked on the barbecue-plancha provided for an even tastier atmosphere.
From the veranda, the green of the garden and tropical plants and the blue of the pool and the ocean combine perfectly! The saltwater pool measures 6m x 3m and is secured by an alarm. It is also heated during the austral winter, from May to October, so you can enjoy it all year round. With two comfortable sun loungers lining the deck and a breathtaking view of the ocean, you can enjoy the sunsets and the whale watching.

Upstairs, you'll find a large, cosy bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and a large wardrobe. Next door, a bedroom with three single beds (90x200cm), designed to make even the youngest dreams come true. A large bathroom with double basins and walk-in shower and a separate WC complete this upper level.
