"Um excelente resort, muito bonito. Praia muito boa, ótimo serviço. Só não é perfeito para mim ficar em um quarto muito alto e depender dos traslados internos, apesar que eles fazem todo esforço para dar certo "

"My husband and I stayed in the Romantic Room with an unbeatable view of the Petit Piton. The small plunge pool in our room was also nice. The only drawback to this property is the food. Breakfast is included but is nothing special. We had lunch and dinner once at the hotel. Prices are steep for what you get in terms of quantity. The staff was very kind and helpful, and we enjoyed the excursions we booked through the hotel. Despite the lackluster food, we would stay here again."

"If you want water AVOID THIS PROPERTY! We were there 8 days, 4 of which there was no water for several hours. Apparently this is very common, the housekeeping lady asked if we wanted buckets of water to fill the toilet. Even when the water was "fixed" it was the slowest trickle. The toilet took 15 minutes to fill after flushing and the shower was a total joke, our relatives in the next room couldn't even wash their hair. The outside shower never worked and the rooms are band aided together....

"We were unable to contact host. I message them and hotels.com several times. We did not receive the check in directions. The phone number did not work. We had to stay at another hotel. We would like a refund. "

"We loved Anse Chastanet! The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities were even better than expected. The snorkeling was incredible and the sunfish sailing was easy to learn. Our room was beautiful and well kept. I would definitely recommend the resort."

Servem petiscos e pudemos ver golfinhos! Pontos não tão positivos: leve seu próprio condicionador de cabelo, esteja preparado para subir e descer 130 degraus para chegar ou voltar da praia, às vezes ligamos para a recepção e ninguém atendia e não havia ninguém para atender no spa também. "This place was absolutely perfect! The location is amazing. The staff are all super friendly, helpful, and greet you with a smile every time they see you. The rooms are well-kept and have a great kitchenette that is fully stocked. I look forward to returning to the island, and when we do, this will be the only place we stay."

"Room with balconies was beautiful with a beautiful view of ocean. Lorraine (the owner) went above and beyond, driving us to a restaurant and taking us on a tour. She is a very sweet lovely lady, and provided coffee and treats. "

"The location of the vacation club is ideal and overlooks Marigot Bay with a unique little cable funicular from Doolittles restaurant at sea level up to the villas. The pool, whilst small, is very clean with a great view."

"We had one day to stay at this location so given the pics, we felt this was a good fit. It is a 1/2 hour from the airport but that's about the best thing. When we got there, the place was empty and that was fine. We were past prime season, but the 6 cats and the smell of cat urine was too much. The views were great from the bar and patio, the rooms very average with one that reeked of cat pee. We took our losses and left. We did not stay overnight as it was just too smelly. The one beer...

"I absolutely loved this resort. It gave such a “ at home” feeling. Stayed in chestnut room 1 which had a perfect view along with a huge patio and hammock to sleep on. The room Was clean and spacious they decorated It for my birthday. Staff was very friendly and informative. Now this resort is very quiet and not a turn up spot so It was perfect for going out to party/do excursions and come back to get all the rest needed. The infinity pool was amazing.
