Welcome to our charming stone house, a spacious and bright place designed for your comfort. It features three inviting bedrooms, each with bed linen, as well as a bathroom with towels and shower gel. The large living area, filled with light, includes a fully equipped open kitchen with dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, and cleaning products. You also have access to a washing machine with detergent and softener, as well as toilets with provided paper. The house is connected to Wi-Fi and offers a pleasant terrace for your relaxation.



Outside, enjoy a peaceful setting: a furnished terrace for meals or rest, a private pool for refreshing swims, and a parking area for your convenience.



Located in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards, the house enjoys a green and serene environment. Saint-Émilion is 15 minutes away, Bordeaux and Périgueux are 1 hour away. On Sundays, discover the market of Saint-Seurin-sur-l’Isle, and every Thursday, a fishmonger and a grocer visit the village with fresh, local products.



The holiday home is entirely reserved for our guests to guarantee privacy and tranquility. Bed linen, towels, and essential products are included. This place is ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends seeking peace and comfort. For one-night bookings, breakfast can be served on request for an extra charge.
